Chapter 163 Transfiguration

"Lefreya!"

Chris turned back to look at Leiflia behind her with a resentful expression, her tone accusing, and she stopped her hand that was about to unbutton her clothes.

"This bathtub can't fit all four of us. Turning him into a duck would be just right!"

"So your words weren't entirely unfounded; he still managed to take a bath with us!"

Leiflia had already undressed, and showed no remorse on her face.

The person who initially disagreed with Chris the most is now the one who acts the fastest.

Chris: "..."

One: "That's true, but it's a pity we can't see his cute face anymore!"

"It's okay, the duck head is still presentable!"

Levia glanced at Joey the duck, who was wrapped in white foam, and walked towards the bathtub with a smile.

"What do you mean, 'duck head'? Don't you care about my handsome face?"

Although Joey had turned into a duck, he could still hear the conversation between Leiflia and the others. However, even though he had his boss's opinion and wanted to confront Leiflia, all he could make was "quack quack quack".

"Leviathan, I send my regards to your entire family!"

"Caw caw caw!"

"Splash!"

The sound of someone entering the water.

Upon hearing the sound of water splashing, Joey's resentment vanished instantly; he was now eager to witness this rare springtime beauty.

He waved his two duck wings, trying to clear away the annoying foam, but perhaps he had poured too much foaming liquid, because the more he waved his duck wings, the more foam appeared in front of him.

"I regret it, I shouldn't have put that thing in!"

Joey regretted his actions.

"Splash!"

"Splash!"

Two more splashes of water were heard, indicating that Chris and Yi had also entered the bathtub. Duck Joey could clearly feel the water level rising and a lot of water overflowing.

(Just how big is this bathtub? Three adult female elves have come in, and I haven't even seen a single face yet!)

Joey felt frustrated, looking at the mountain of white foam in front of him, and felt helpless.

Hey, I see you!

It's Chris's voice.

Before Joey could understand what Chris meant, he suddenly saw a pair of delicate hands reaching out to grab him from above.

"Gah...gaah...gaah..."

Joey was initially pleased, but now he wanted to scream for help, but the sound that came out of his mouth was still that of a duck.

(My dear fairy grandmother, if you want to grab me, then grab me! Why are you choking me?)

At this moment, Joey was being pulled up in front of Chris by the neck. He was already a little short of breath, and his eyes were starting to see stars.

"Chris, he seems to be having trouble breathing!"

Upon noticing Joey's predicament, Chris gave him a heads-up.

"It really is! I'm so sorry!"

Chris quickly placed Joey in front of her and finally released the delicate hand that had almost killed him.

Joey cawed twice, and was finally able to breathe heavily again.

This time, he looked closely and saw that what came into view was still a tall and solid mountain, but the mountain was no longer the illusory white one. Instead, it was two real, flesh-colored mountains. With the hot water as a base, the mountain appeared even smoother.

"Chris, considering how wealthy and generous you are, I'll forgive your rudeness just now!"

"Caw caw caw!"

Although Joey wanted to say he forgave Chris, all he could manage to make at that moment was quack.

"Look at him, isn't he shy?"

Chris looked at Joey, whose tail was wagging on his chest, and excitedly told Leiflia and Yi to take a look.

Do ducks get shy?

Yi shifted her body forward, causing the water in the bathtub to slosh around again.

"I think he just got away with his scheme and can't help but gloat!"

Although Levia said that, she still moved her body a little closer to the middle.

Attention, attention!

Four majestic mountains are coming!

As Joey saw four more fleshy mountains approaching, it wagged its tail even more vigorously.

"Caw caw caw!"

He couldn't resist starting to flap the duck's wings, sending white foam flying everywhere.

He hadn't felt this happy in a long time. At this moment, Joey felt no fear towards Leiflia and the two female elves; his heart was filled with burning desire.

Just then, his body began to emit a faint golden light, as if the transformation spell was about to be lifted.

"Huh?"

Chris, who had been watching Joey closely, was the first to notice something was wrong with him, and let out a soft "hmm".

"He has a ring given to him by a witch, which has a certain resistance to magic, greatly reducing the duration of my transformation spell!"

Leiflia scooped up hot water with her hands and poured it over her shoulders, explaining slowly and deliberately.

(Then I'll recover immediately, right? Then I'll be... hehehe!)

Joey's mind was already conjuring up the plot: three stunningly beautiful female elves and himself, a hot-blooded man, all crammed into a bathtub. What would happen next? It made his blood boil.

"That……"

Chris wasn't particularly surprised by Leviathan's words. After a slight hesitation, she reached out the hand that had just grabbed Joey's neck and gently tapped him.

"Bang!"

Joey's thoughts instantly became jumbled.

Just like how Levia felt about the methods used on him, Joey was certain that he had been hit by a polymorph spell again. He had indeed gotten too excited and forgotten that Chris and Yi were both mages.
