Just as she was about to get up and leave, the child in Vivian's arms seemed to have finished eating. Suddenly, the child turned its head, stared intently at Catherine, and opened its arms to her, wanting Catherine to hold it.
"Um...is that okay?"
Catherine hesitated. She had never been in contact with such a small baby before. She was usually a giant baby who needed to be taken care of by others. She didn't have the time to pay attention to such a small child. But after experiencing so many things recently, her temperament had changed.
She asked Vivian a question, wanting her permission.
"sure!"
After Vivian finished speaking, she handed the child to Catherine.
