Soon, Nemesis had a guess.
Could it be that Eros was dissatisfied with that game and therefore deleted it?
Thinking of this, a look of regret appeared in Nemesis's eyes.
In Eros's room, after the game had fully loaded, a certain internet-addicted girl couldn't wait to jump into the game and start playing.
Looking at Undine sitting on the sofa, seemingly lost in thought but actually playing a game in the virtual world, Eros chuckled and shook his head.
He reached out and picked up the remaining bracelets, giving one to each of the women on the boat.
Then he had the vengeful spirit Bruce build a cabinet in the world of the jar, and gave each of Severia, Mary and others living in the world of the jar a bracelet.
Looking at the bracelet in her hand, Mary sat cross-legged on the sofa, stroked her chin, and asked Eros:
"Since the virtual world you mentioned can simulate all the sensations of the human body, wouldn't the feeling of a hug be the same as in reality?"
That's a good question, and it stumped Eros right away.
Theoretically, it feels the same, but he hasn't tried it.
It's safe to say that Mary, the veteran driver, always comes up with unexpected ideas.
Seeing that Eros remained silent, Mary raised her delicate eyebrows, stretched out her slender, fair bare foot, and kicked Eros's leg, grinning mischievously:
"Want to come with me to try it out?"
Eros said seriously, "Science requires a spirit of inquiry."
"As a game developer, I need to understand the game's real data so that I can patch the game later."
Mary gave Eros a strange look, then said:
"Then let's try it out in that game called Silent Hill."
“Okay!” Eros replied without hesitation.
Soon, two perfectly replicated bodies appeared at the entrance to Silent Hill.
Behind them was a bottomless cliff.
Mary, with her long pink hair and petite figure, stood on tiptoe, looked at the town ahead, and muttered to herself:
"It looks like a horror scene."
However, the two of them didn't come in to experience the game; they came to research something.
After a while, Mary was picked up by Eros like a doll, her slender and shapely legs dangling in mid-air, her toes pointing downwards but unable to touch the ground.
As it turns out, this body, constructed entirely from virtual code, perfectly simulates all human senses thanks to neurotechnology, and is indistinguishable from reality.
After all, the sensations experienced by the human body are provided by a well-developed nervous system.
The only downside is...
Outside, Selena, Claire, and the others, who were doing other things in the living room, were suddenly drawn by an astonishing life force.
They turned to look at Eros, who was sitting on the sofa in a daze, and blinked.
After a while, Eros opened his eyes and saw Selena and the others watching him.
He was stunned for a moment, then quickly understood what was going on and why this was happening.
He coughed lightly, stood up expressionlessly, and walked towards the restroom.
A few minutes later, Eros returned to the living room and sat down after washing up and changing his clothes.
Upon seeing him return, Selena teased, "What's wrong with you? How come you can look so... well, just sitting on the sofa..."
Eros almost choked on his words and had to explain to Selena and the others what had just happened.
After hearing Eros's explanation, Selena and the others all showed surprise on their faces.
They had all played the game consoles Eros gave them, but they had never heard of a game that was 100% realistic in terms of virtual and real-world interaction.
Is that really something a game can do?
Immediately, they looked at the gaming bracelets they were wearing.
They had originally planned to study it when they had time, but now they couldn't wait a moment longer. How could they not try such a novel gaming experience?
So they dragged and pulled Eros to take them to play.
Eros had no choice but to take them and his group into the game world.
Shortly after they entered the game, Mary, who had also washed up, returned to the living room.
Looking at the people sitting on the sofa in the living room, lost in thought, she immediately understood what was going on.
To prevent Eros from taking another bath, she tied up her long, freshly washed hair, which was hanging loosely over her shoulders, with a hairband, and then walked over to Eros.
After a long while, the group of people simultaneously quit the game.
Just as Eros was about to get up and go to the bathroom, he saw Mary.
Mary winked at him, and seeing this, Eros leaned back onto the sofa.
As for the others sitting to the side, they all got up and left the living room quickly, not knowing where they were going.
Eros reached out and touched Mary's long hair, untying her headband.
Instantly, her long pink hair cascaded down like a waterfall.
Mary rolled her eyes at Eros, but still didn't say anything.
And so Eros stayed in the world in the jar until four o'clock in the afternoon. Seeing that it was getting dark, he bid farewell to the people in the world in the jar.
As night fell, Sifreya lay in bed, resting her head on her mother's shoulder.
"Mom, did you play any games today?"
Mrs. Kenfield shook her head. Although Eros had given her a bracelet that she said could be used to play games and pass the time, she was no longer a little girl and had long since passed the age of enjoying playing games.
