The woman in the room heard the sound of the door opening, so she turned and looked towards the door.
Then she saw Edwin, who was panting and sweating. The woman was a little surprised:
"Dear, what happened?"
As she spoke, she walked in front of Edwin and wiped the sweat from her husband's face with her sleeve.
And when Edwin saw that his wife was still safe and sound, he hugged her in his arms and held her tightly.
The woman felt a little embarrassed by her husband's sudden action.
She first closed the door with her calves, blocking the non-existent prying eyes from outside, and then whispered to her husband in front of her:
"Honey, didn't you go to the police station? Why are you back?"
Edwin did not answer her question, but repeated in a low voice:
"I'm glad you're all right, I'm glad you're all right!"
The woman was a little confused.
But Edwin obviously had no intention of explaining to her, and simply loosened his arms around her.
He then held his wife's face with both hands and made her look at him.
Edwin looked directly into his wife's eyes and said in a very serious tone:
"Odena, my dear wife, listen to me now."
"If I don't come back after I go out later, then I'll leave Galia to you!"
"Remember, don't run out to look for me, just hide at home and don't make any noise!"
"Did you hear that?"
Having said that, Edwin lowered his head and kissed his wife's forehead, whispering with deep affection in his tone:
"I love you! The luckiest thing in my life is to marry you as my wife!"
