Chapter 144: He Knows Who He Inherited His Photography Skills From

"Keyi, why did Teacher Bai call you?"

Hao Keyi was stopped by her classmates as soon as she returned to the classroom. High school students are interested in everything except studying.

Hao Keyi didn't answer, but instead took out the photo signed by Yu Yunzhi from her pocket and held it up in her hand to show her classmates.

"Holy crap!" A gasp of surprise erupted from the crowd. "Yu Yunzhi's autograph?!"

"Teacher Bai gave it to you?!"

"No..." Hao Keyi was caught off guard by a barrage of questions from her classmates, leaving her unsure of which to answer first.

"Yu Yunzhi is here?! Did Teacher Bai just take you to see her?"

"Is it Teacher Bai's daughter who came to school?!"

"So you saw her with your own eyes?"

Where is she now? Is she still in the office?

...

More and more classmates gathered around, and Hao Keyi felt like she couldn't breathe because she was surrounded by the crowd.

"Wait a minute, one at a time!"

After the surroundings finally quieted down, Hao Keyi continued, "It was Sister Yunzhi who signed it for me; she's still in her office..."

As soon as Hao Keyi finished speaking, some students wanted to run out to the office to see for themselves; high school students love to join in the fun.

"Where are you going? Class is about to start!"

Before anyone could run out, the teacher for the next class arrived. It happened to be the math teacher of Class 11 in the third year of high school, who was also their homeroom teacher.

When the homeroom teacher came in, he saw the students in the class gathered in a circle, and he didn't know what they were doing.

Upon seeing the homeroom teacher enter, the students surrounding Hao Keyi acted like birds and beasts, and within a minute, everyone was seated in their own places.

The students who had originally planned to run away all sat down properly, since no one dared to be disrespectful in front of the big devil.

The homeroom teacher of Class 11 didn't suspect anything, but during class, he could clearly feel that his students were very restless and couldn't concentrate.

"What's wrong with you guys? Why are you looking out like that? What's outside? Are there any words? Or answers? You're in your final year of high school, do I need to tell you the importance of studying over and over again?"

Seeing the homeroom teacher get angry, the students who had been glancing around all sat up straight and didn't dare to cause any trouble. The classroom was quiet for a moment.

The homeroom teacher, having regained everyone's attention, left them to their own devices for a while before continuing the lesson. In short, the class passed without incident.

Although the students below were physically present, their minds were elsewhere.

When will get out of class finally end?! I can't wait any longer.

Finally, the bell rang slowly to signal the end of get out of class, much to the anticipation of the students in Class 11. Today, unlike before, the students in Class 11 did not rush to the cafeteria; instead, they ran towards the office.

The homeroom teacher was puzzled. Seeing all his students running to the office, he thought they had suddenly become enlightened and knew how to study. They weren't in a hurry to eat after class and were all going to ask the teacher questions.

What's so interesting about asking questions about Chinese? Does the whole class have questions?

The homeroom teacher also followed the students to the Chinese teacher's office to see what questions the students wanted to ask.

If the students don't have time to eat because of studying, today, as their homeroom teacher, he generously paid out of his own pocket to buy each of them a lunch and deliver it to the classroom.

As soon as Teacher Zhang stepped out of the office, she was startled by the students surrounding her.

"What's wrong? Which teacher are you looking for?"

Seeing no familiar faces, Teacher Zhang thought, "These shouldn't be students from my class, nor are they here to see me."

"Is Teacher Bai here?" one of the bolder students asked.

"Teacher Bai? You're all from Class 11?" Seeing so many students, Teacher Zhang knew that they probably weren't here to see Teacher Bai, but rather to see Yu Yunzhi.

"Yes!" The surrounding students nodded in agreement.

"Teacher Bai just left."

Fearing that there would be too many students after class and that Yu Yunzhi would be recognized by them, causing a commotion, Yu's mother took Yu Yunzhi and Jiang Jiang away before get out of class ended, and took the opportunity to stroll around the campus while the students were in class.

Their school has great landscaping. Even though it's winter, the school is still quite beautiful. There's a grove of plum trees that have been blooming these past few days. I heard from other teachers that they're especially beautiful, but Yu's mother hasn't been there yet. This time, she'll take Yu Yunzhi and Jiang Jiang to see it.

"Ah..." Upon hearing Teacher Zhang's words, the surrounding students let out a wail.

"Where's Yu Yunzhi? Did he leave too?"

Some students still wouldn't give up, thinking, "What if he hasn't left yet?"

"They've left too." Teacher Zhang said patiently, "Everyone, hurry up and go eat, or you won't be able to eat what you like later."

The homeroom teacher who came along was behind the circle of students, and no one noticed him. Everyone was peeking through the crack in the door like thieves, trying to see who was inside.

After listening to the conversation between her student and Teacher Zhang, the homeroom teacher understood what had happened.

It turns out that Yunzhi is back. No wonder the students in his class were so anxious, and hardly anyone paid attention in class the whole time.

The homeroom teacher was disappointed in the students, but despite his strictness, he understood that children of this age are active thinkers and like to join in the fun.

Senior year of high school is stressful, so it's good to help students relieve some pressure and relax from time to time.

But now it's mealtime. If we don't go to eat and just stay here, what will we do when we get hungry in the afternoon?

"Cough cough..."

The homeroom teacher coughed from behind and saw the students, who had been wailing, turn around stiffly upon hearing his voice.

"Hello, teacher..."

"Why are you all gathered here instead of eating? Do you think watching Yu Yunzhi fill your stomach?" the homeroom teacher said, pretending to be fierce. If she wasn't fierce, they wouldn't be afraid of her at all.
