Yu Yunzhi specially wore a simple outfit on Valentine's Day because they were going skiing!
Because Yu Yunzhi had never skied before, she had always wanted to ski, but she never had the time. Shao Wenyan specially came today to take Yu Yunzhi skiing.
Yesterday, Yu Yunzhi was extremely excited when she learned that Shao Wenyan was going to take her skiing today, and she kissed Shao Wenyan several times.
The ski resort we chose was outdoor, not too crowded, and far away, so we wouldn't be recognized once we put on our ski gear.
Shao Wenyan had already prepared the equipment. Many people had worn the equipment rented at the ski resort, and some of it didn't smell very good. Shao Wenyan didn't want Yu Yunzhi to wear it, so he simply bought a whole set.
Helmets, goggles, face shields, gloves, protective gear, ski suits, and more are all provided.
The ski resort owner personally greeted them and led them to a special VIP room to change clothes.
Shao Wenyan was dressed in all black, with his snow goggles on his helmet, giving him a youthful look.
Yu Yunzhi's ski suit was a lovely pink, and with the helmet on, her face looked even smaller.
They chose double skis, which are easy to get started with, less likely to fall, and very beginner-friendly for someone like Yu Yunzhi.
When Yu Yunzhi was putting on her shoes, it was her first time and she didn't know how to put them on. The shopkeeper next to her was about to teach her when Shao Wenyan, who had just put on his own shoes, squatted down to help Yu Yunzhi put them on, teaching her as he did so, being incredibly gentle.
The boss, watching this scene straight out of an idol drama, was internally screaming with excitement!
Shao Wenyan is good at both snowboarding and alpine skiing, but he prefers snowboarding. However, he chose alpine skiing to better teach Yu Yunzhi.
But as soon as he stood on the ski slope, Yu Yunzhi became nervous.
Shao Wenyan guided her to try gliding slowly. Yu Yunzhi was able to keep up at first, and Shao Wenyan followed beside her. But as they glided, she lost her balance, which scared Yu Yunzhi so much that she wanted to scream.
Just as she closed her eyes and was about to collapse, Shao Wenyan caught her.
She felt very safe with him around.
Shao Wenyan did indeed not let Yu Yunzhi fall many times. Except when he was too far away to catch up, he could usually hold her steadily.
Yu Yunzhi went from being afraid at first to gradually mastering the skill, and later he could glide a short distance on his own without Shao Wenyan's help.
Just as Yu Yunzhi was cautiously and clumsily skating, a man stood out. He was skating on a snowboard, and he sped past Yu Yunzhi as if showing off his skills, kicking up snowflakes.
Yu Yunzhi was furious, but she was helpless because she couldn't catch up with him at all.
When Shao Wenyan arrived, he saw the little girl looking as sullen as a pufferfish. "What's wrong?"
“My brother provoked me!” Yu Yunzhi said, pointing to the spot that had already disappeared and was now just a black dot.
Pointing at the person, Yu Yunzhi forgot that he was holding something, and the pole in his hand fell directly to the ground, making Yu Yunzhi even angrier!
"How about I help you get revenge?"
Yu Yunzhi was still wondering how to help her get revenge when she found out half an hour later.
Shao Wenyan meant it when he said he would take her to get revenge. He changed to a snowboard, and Yu Yunzhi sat on the snowboard between his legs. She was small and just right in the middle. She hugged one of his legs with a great sense of security, and he carried her on the snowboard.
This type of skiing requires a high level of skill, and Shao Wenyan's skiing skills are clearly superb.
Yu Yunzhi pointing the way was really exciting and thrilling, much faster than when Yu Yunzhi played by himself.
She forgot her original purpose as Shao Wenyan led her, and skiing like this was much more fun than going through the trouble of skiing on her own! The more she played, the more addicted she became.
She then begged Shao Wenyan to take her skiing again and again.
The beginners next to them looked at the two of them with the same envy that Yu Yunzhi had felt when he first started watching others ski.
"So handsome! They're such a good match!" The girl glanced at the other girl's boyfriend, then at her own boyfriend who was slouching beside her, her disdain written all over her face.
She wants to do that too!
Unexpectedly, as she skated, Yu Yunzhi actually ran into the person who had just provoked her.
"It's him! It's him! It's my brother!" Yu Yunzhi excitedly pulled at Shao Wenyan's pants, while she also hugged one of his legs.
"Okay! Hold me tight!"
Feeling the increased force on his leg, Shao Wenyan immediately sped up and rushed to the boy.
Just like the boy had done to Yu Yunzhi, Shao Wenyan did the same thing to that boy again, giving Yu Yunzhi a real taste of revenge, which was incredibly satisfying.
If she hadn't been wearing a mask, she would have loved to make a face at the man.
But I'm quite satisfied!
Yu Yunzhi really had a great time today; his nose was all red from the cold. The two of them arrived around 9 a.m. and didn't go back until late afternoon.
I didn't eat lunch, and I'm only just starting to feel hungry.
Yu Yunzhi didn't want to eat out. It was Valentine's Day, and there would definitely be a lot of people. The restaurants on the street would be full of couples. Yu Yunzhi didn't want to squeeze into the crowd with others. She wanted to eat Shao Wenyan's cooking, so the two of them decided to go to the supermarket to buy some groceries and have a candlelight dinner at home.
Worried that she might be hungry, Shao Wenyan bought some oden at a convenience store near the ski resort for Yu Yunzhi to have a snack.
Yu Yunzhi loves eating oden in winter, especially the thoroughly cooked radish, which melts in your mouth and is very warm. Taking a sip of the soup makes her feel truly happy, especially in cold weather.
There was a large supermarket nearby, and Yu Yunzhi and Shao Wenyan went in fully equipped, pushing a shopping cart.
Yu Yunzhi was so tired that she didn't want to walk. Actually, she wasn't tired at all; she was just having so much fun that it took a bit of her energy out of her.
She was small, and the shopping cart was big enough for her to sit in. Shao Wenyan pushed her around, and she only had to direct the direction.
