When Lin Piaoxue slowly opened her eyes, Lin's mother exclaimed excitedly, "Piaoxue, you're finally awake!"
"Mom!" Lin Piaoxue called out weakly.
Lin's mother grabbed Lin Piaoxue's hand and said with lingering fear, "Piaoxue, you scared me to death! If you hadn't come, I wouldn't know what to do."
Lin Piaoxue felt pain all over her body, especially her stomach and face, and the pain was so intense that she didn't want to say a word.
Li Changqing and Wang Cuihua had been keeping a close eye on the activities at Lin Qinghuan's house. Wang Cuihua said suspiciously, "Something's not right at the Lin family today. I suspect something must have happened to Lin Piaoxue."
Li Changqing nodded in agreement and said, "I feel the same way."
Wang Cuihua said, puzzled, "But what could have happened to Lin Piaoxue that would make the atmosphere in the Lin family so tense?"
Even through the wall, Wang Cuihua sensed something was wrong, but she just couldn't figure out what had happened to Lin Piaoxue. Was she in a fight?
Someone as intelligent as Lin Piaoxue would never get into a fight; that would be too beneath her.
But listening to Lin's mother's anxious and excited voice, she was certain that something had definitely happened to Lin Piaoxue.
Seeing that it was still early, and that the door to Lin Qinghuan's main room was tightly closed, Li Changqing's eyes flashed, and he said meaningfully to Wang Cuihua, "Go visit the Lin family tomorrow, and tell Piaoxue about Li Jian's trip to the city."
Wang Cuihua smiled knowingly, "You're right. We're neighbors, so if we visit each other more often, we can strengthen our relationship and get along more harmoniously."
Li Changqing smiled and said, "That's right, but it's time to go back to your room and rest now."
Li Changqing and Wang Cuihua went back to their room chatting and laughing.
Upon hearing Lin's mother's words, Lin's father and Lin Qing quickly pushed open the door and came in. Lin's father asked with concern, "Is Piaoxue awake?"
With red eyes, Lin's mother looked at Lin's father and said with a mixture of joy and sorrow, "He's awake, he's awake."
Lin's father looked at Lin Qinghuan with disappointment and said sternly, "Piaoxue, how come you're becoming more and more confused? Don't you know that a girl alone outside can encounter danger?"
Lin Piaoxue looked at her father and said with tears in her eyes before she could speak, "I was just sitting by the roadside, I didn't know I would run into Lin Yu, and he even had bad intentions towards me."
Seeing Lin Piaoxue upset, Lin's mother looked at Lin's father unhappily and said, "Piaoxue is already very upset, so don't say anything more to her."
Mr. Lin angrily scolded Mrs. Lin, "Shut up! It's true what they say, a doting mother spoils her son. You've spoiled Piaoxue rotten."
As he spoke, Lin's father looked at Lin Piaoxue and said, "Lin Piaoxue, don't you know that it's easy for someone to have bad intentions if a young girl is out late at night?"
Seeing that her father not only didn't comfort her but also blamed her, Lin Piaoxue said pitifully, "Dad, I didn't seduce Lin Yu. He tried to rape me. Instead of seeking justice for me, you're blaming me. Are you even my father?"
"I don't care if you live or die, I won't stand here anymore," Lin's father said sadly.
Lin Piaoxue is his daughter, how could he not care about her? If Lin Piaoxue doesn't reflect on herself, she'll meet another Lin Yu.
"I was beaten so badly by Lin Yu, and you didn't even ask if I was in pain. You just came in and started criticizing me. Is this what you call caring about me? I don't feel any care from you," Lin Piaoxue replied without hesitation.
Lin Qinghuan's parents, Lin Piaoxue and her father, were anything but calm and couldn't help but say, "Walls have ears!"
Lin's father and Lin Piaoxue were taken aback upon hearing this, and both shut their mouths in embarrassment.
Lin Ming said angrily, "Piaoxue, tell me how you plan to deal with Lin Yu, and I'll help you get justice."
Lin Piaoxue glared at him, her face full of displeasure, and said, "Third Brother, you're going to find Lin Yu? How can you go to Lin Yu like that? Are you trying to spread the word that I was almost raped by Lin Yu? Will I ever be able to get married?"
Lin Ming said awkwardly, "I was just angry and wanted to stand up for you."
“Yes, Piaoxue, Lao San is just concerned about you and never intended to ruin your reputation,” Lin Feng said.
Lin Piaoxue's face was frosty, and she said in an icy tone, "Don't interfere in my affairs. I will handle it myself. I will definitely not suffer this in vain."
"What do you want to do?" Lin's father asked, frowning.
"Give them a taste of their own medicine!" Lin Piaoxue said in a deep voice.
"You also had someone rape Lin Yu?" Lin Ming blurted out.
Lin Qinghuan looked at Lin Ming as if he were an idiot. How could this fool come up with such a bizarre method? It was truly speechless.
"That perverted Lin Yu is just hoping someone will rape him," Lin Piaoxue said through gritted teeth.
Lin's mother asked, "How do you plan to get revenge on Lin Yu?"
Lin Piaoxue sneered and said in a chilling tone, "You'll find out when the time comes."
Lin Qinghuan frowned, then suddenly realized something and looked at Lin Piaoxue with horror on her face. Could Lin Piaoxue be planning to vent her anger on Lin Yu's wife and daughter?
Lin Qinghuan felt a chill run down her spine upon thinking of this, and couldn't help but say, "Lin Piaoxue, you can sue Lin Yu for his mistakes, you can even kill him, but please don't harm the innocent."
"Mind your own business, it's none of your concern," Lin Piaoxue retorted.
Seeing Lin Piaoxue's stubbornness, Lin Qinghuan could only sigh helplessly.
Lin Feng had thought of what Lin Qinghuan had thought of as well. He looked at Lin Piaoxue in shock, and his body couldn't help but shiver.
“Piaoxue, how about I find a chance to cripple Lin Yu? That would be revenge for you, and then we can consider this matter over. Is that alright?” Lin’s father asked solemnly.
Lin Piaoxue touched her face and felt the pain in her stomach. Her face was full of fierceness as she said, "No, I will repay him tenfold for the harm he caused me. Don't interfere."
