Lin Qing couldn't help but burst out laughing as she watched Lin Qinghuan mimic Lin Ming's mannerisms so perfectly.
Lin's mother and father also inexplicably wanted to laugh.
Lin's father stood up and said, "I'm old and can't take care of you anymore. I'd better go back to my room and rest for a bit. I still have to go to work in the fields later."
Seeing that her father was about to go back to his room to rest, Lin Qinghuan quickly grabbed his hand and asked, "Dad, didn't you just say that Third Brother wasn't allowed to eat? Does that still stand?"
Lin's father looked helplessly at Lin Qinghuan's left hand, reached out his right hand and tapped Lin Qinghuan's head, saying helplessly, "It counts."
Lin Ming looked at his father in disbelief, "Father, what did Lin Qinghuan mean by that?"
Before Lin's father could answer, Lin Qinghuan interrupted, "What do you mean? It means that if you don't work, you won't get to eat."
"Father, you've gone too far! You're not letting me eat!" Lin Ming accused.
Lin's father was displeased upon hearing this. "I'm an old man, working myself to the bone in the fields all day long, while you, young and strong, idle around all day. I'm not going to feed you, so what can you do about it?"
Lin Qinghuan clapped her hands and said, "Dad, you're absolutely right. Lin Ming is as lazy as a pig, so he should be made to eat pig swill."
Lin Ming said angrily, "Lin Qinghuan, you brat, if you keep trying to sow discord, believe me, I'll beat you to death."
Lin Qinghuan said smugly, "I don't believe you, because you can't beat me."
Lin Ming stomped his foot and said angrily, "Damn it! I can't live like this anymore." Then he walked out of the kitchen.
Lin Qinghuan shouted at Lin Ming's back: "If you fatten up a pig, you can slaughter it for a prosperous New Year. But if you fatten up a pig, it's useless. You're even worse than a pig."
Lin Ming staggered and turned to glare at Lin Qinghuan. Lin Qinghuan immediately complained, "Dad, look how fierce Lin Ming looks."
Lin Ming's eyes turned red from anger at Lin Qinghuan.
Lin Qinghuan's eyes widened in disbelief. Holy crap! With this level of skill, he thinks he can bully her?!
