Chapter 6

Chapter 6

But as he slept, Cassel felt uncomfortable again. He began to sneeze constantly, his nose started to run, and even his neck and body began to itch.

He wanted to scratch it, but as soon as he stretched out his hand, his wrist was grabbed by someone. Cassel was a beat slow to react and looked back at the person in confusion.

Nie Wuhen was dressed in black clothes and black boots, his hair was tied up and fastened with a black jade hairpin, and around his waist hung a jade pendant that could not be more ordinary. He just stared at Cassel with a frown.

Cassel wanted to pull his hand back, but he used force and slowly shrank into the corner, lowering his head to scratch.

"I'm allergic," Nie Wuhen said calmly, "Don't scratch it."

Cassel didn't want to pay attention to him. He untied his belt and looked down at the dense red rash. It was a bit scary, but it was really itchy. He scratched it uncontrollably, but an invisible force controlled him and made him unable to move.

I realized it later and it seemed like Nie Wuhen was using magic again. Cassel felt angry and wronged, but he couldn't beat the man in front of him, and he wanted to go home. He suppressed all the words in his heart and his tears flowed.

"I just feel uncomfortable," Cassel said with a sob, "You were the ones who tied me up, why didn't you let me scratch myself..."

Nie Wuhen didn't say anything. He lowered his head and took out a white porcelain bottle from the space, poured a pill, and handed it to Cassel's lips.

Cassel gritted his teeth but didn't open his mouth.

But the next second, someone pinched his jaw and forced him to open his mouth. The pill melted in his mouth and he had no time to spit it out.

"I don't want to eat!" Cassel vomited hard, "I just don't want to--ah"

Halfway through his words, he felt a stream of fresh water flowing down his throat, and soon his body felt icy cold. Cassel was stunned for a moment, then looked down at his chest. The rash, which was originally red, disappeared at a speed visible to the naked eye.

His sadness came and went quickly. He had been trying to spit something out, but now he closed his mouth tightly. Cassel looked up, his eyes sparkling, and he spoke expectantly: "What is this? It's even more powerful than the Healing Angel..."

Nie Wuhen was too lazy to pay attention to him. As expected, idiots only dwell on irrelevant issues like this. He was not curious at all as to how he, Nie Wuhen, had found such a secret place.

But it’s not a big problem. With this fool as a shield, his next actions would be much simpler.

"Pills," Nie Wuhen answered him, "What did you just eat?"

Cassel said obediently: "Fish and shells, so much of it, so disgusting."

"…Then do you know that you are allergic to these?"

Cassel thought about it and realized that Barbatos would never let him eat these things before. It seemed that it was because he had secretly eaten some of them once and then fell ill.

Thinking of this, he hesitated: "...I think so."

Nie Wuhen: "..."

He closed his eyes and threw the thing in his hand to Cassel. Cassel lowered his head, not knowing what was going on. He moved his arms and found that he could move, so he picked up the thing.

It's a piece of jade. Green and white mixed together, like two kinds of mist in the mountains condensed into a cone shape.

"What is this?" Cassel asked him in a low voice.

"Don't worry about it," Nie Wuhen said, "Just remember to put it on the Mermaid King's body."

Cassel looked at him blankly.

Nie Wuhen was silent for a moment, then said: "As long as you do it, I will guarantee your life. And after you get out, no matter what you want, I will give it to you... Don't you want to go home? I'll take you back."

Cassel blinked and asked uncertainly: "Really?"

"…Hasn't what I said been clear enough?"

"Oh." Cassel held the jade pendant tightly. He touched his head and hesitated for a long time. He decided to ask if he didn't understand. "What is the Mermaid King?"

Nie Wuhen frowned: "You haven't seen it before"

"I only saw a lot of mermaids... well, the kind with human bodies and fish tails. I also saw a mermaid with a golden tail. He was really pretty, but a little mean." Cassel described him and commented at the end, "I don't like his smile. It's scary."

Nie Wuhen looked at him for a long time before he said resignedly, "Remember that golden tail and hang the jade pendant on it. Do you understand?"

Cassel was about to say something when Nie Wuhen interrupted him impatiently: "I don't want to say it a second time."

Cassel shut up immediately.

The next moment, he keenly sensed the ripples in the water. Cassel blinked and was about to remind Nie Wuhen when he saw the latter calmly walk to a wardrobe made of shells and walked in stealthily.

Cassel was stunned.

"What are you looking at?" A gentle voice came into Cassel's ears along the waves. He turned his head subconsciously and saw the mermaid with a golden fish tail swimming towards him.

Ji Chuya was wearing a bright red dress with intricate patterns embroidered on the hem. His white hair was tied up and he wore a beautiful crown on it. The golden tassels swayed with his movements, just like Cassel's tentacles.

Cassel sat in the chair, shook his head, and acted very innocent: "I didn't see anything."

"See you looking at the closet, I thought you had some clothes you wanted to wear," Ji Chuya smiled. He changed his legs and sat in front of Cassel, facing him, and said sincerely, "You're going to live here for a long time in the future, so it's only right that you prepare a few more clothes."

"Ah," Cassel was a little shocked. He quickly shook his head and said, "I can't stay here for long. I want to go home."

"Go home," Ji Chuya smiled leisurely, "Okay. Since we are married, I will naturally go back with you. I wonder if your home is at Yundian?"

"No," Cassel said seriously, "My home is in the devil's hell."

hell……

Ji Chuya couldn't hold back his smile: "Isn't hell a place for the dead? Your home is in hell, don't tell me that your family members are not human."

"Wow," Cassel pursed his lips and laughed. He snorted and poured a cup of warm water and handed it to Ji Chuya, as if he had found a confidant in this world. He patted his chest and introduced, "You guessed it! They are not human!"

Ji Chuya: "..."

Nie Wuhen in the shell: "..."

"They are all demons, and so am I," Cassel said excitedly, "We actually don't like to eat fish, we only like to eat angels."

Shit…

Ji Chuya held the teacup but didn't dare to drink.

"But I haven't eaten it," Cassel said, looking a little disappointed. "Barbatos won't let me eat it."

Fortunately I haven't eaten it. It was rare for Ji Chuya to have the same idea as Nie Wuhen in the closet.

Ji Chuya asked him again who Barbatos was.

Cassell said proudly: "Father."

Ji Chuya racked his brains but couldn't figure out why such a person would come from Yundian, the Demon Realm, or the Monster Realm. He held the cup, the smile on his lips faded, he raised his eyes and looked at Cassel.

Cassel didn't care at first, but gradually he felt the pressure. He shrank his head, a little confused as to why this person was laughing happily just now but now he was not laughing.

"Why are you suddenly angry?" Cassel whispered, "Why are you the same as Nie Wuhen?"

"Really? A man like him would actually get angry with you." Ji Chuya found it strange that Nie Wuhen, the Cloud Top Sword Master, who would say only one word to acquaintances and have a blank expression when talking to strangers, would actually get angry sometimes.

"I should be angry," Cassel thought for a moment and continued, "but he doesn't seem that bad. No, that's not right, he's still bad."

Ji Chuya lay on the table, listening to Cassel's complaints lazily. He had to admit that it was quite enjoyable to listen to others complain about their mortal enemy.

Cassel is heartless. When he sees someone is willing to listen to him, his eyes light up. For a moment, he forgot about Nie Wuhen who was hiding in the shell, and told Ji Chuya a lot of things about himself.

They said that Nie Wuhen had sealed his magic power, that Nie Wuhen was moody, and that Nie Wuhen wanted him to be his bride, even though he clearly didn't know what a bride was.

His little mouth kept chattering, never stopping for a moment.

Ji Chuya was a little tired after listening to this. He turned his legs into a fish tail and swayed slowly, then hooked his finger at Cassel, motioning him to come over.

Cassel didn't understand what was going on, so he subconsciously moved closer, took his hand in a flattering manner, rubbed the back of his hand like he used to seduce the little angel, then tilted his head and gave him a gentle kiss.

Ji Chuya originally wanted to tease his pet, and never expected that he would kiss her. He immediately pulled his hand back and frowned at Cassel: "What are you doing?"

Cassel looked at his empty hand and said slowly: "Kiss you."

Ji Chuya: "..."

He stared at Cassel's eyes, which did not contain any desire or need at all, and suddenly he began to understand why a serious person like Nie Wuhen would be angry with him.

The person in front of me really makes me feel that his brain has been drowned and stupid. Very clever, he knows nothing.

Cassel felt uneasy when he was looked at by him. He pinched his fingers helplessly, and suddenly seemed to remember something. He slapped his head, took out the jade pendant and handed it to Ji Chuya.

Ji Chuya didn't answer: "It's so ugly, I don't want it."

"Yes! I think it's ugly too!" Cassel was indignant. "But this is not what I want to give you. Nie Wuhen insisted that I give it to you!"

Ji Chuya: "..."

Nie Wuhen in the shell bit his back teeth and calmly held down the Wuwang Sword.

"Is that so?" Ji Chuya's tone suddenly became gentle. He looked at Cassel and said with a smile, "When did it happen just now?"

As he was speaking, someone came to report: "King, the master of elixirs at the top of the cloud - Bai Yi is outside, and wants to see you."

Ji Chuya looked at Cassel: "Do you know Bai Yi, the master of elixirs at Yundian?"

Cassel shook his head: "I don't know him. I only know Nie Wuhen. By the way, what's your name?"

"Haiyin," Ji Chuya was silent for a moment, then said with a smile, "Hai of the sea, Yin of the sound."
