Su Chen left with the girl who called herself Ning Wu, and before leaving, she took the high-speed train home.
"Will I be able to come back alive?" Su Chen asked Ning Wu, who had disappeared to the side.
Ningwu: "Perhaps it is, perhaps it is not."
Upon hearing this, Su Chen silently did housework for a few days, and then went with her when her parents were out.
...
The Endless Abyss.
Demons wailed, spirits danced wildly, and black waves surged to the heavens.
Su Chen continued to fall, her left hand grabbing in mid-air, revealing Can Sheng, whose entire body was ice silver and shimmered with a purple halo.
"Jin Yu!" Su Chen hoped to find him by the light of her remaining life, but there was nothing. All that answered her were the malicious sounds around her.
"Go to hell, die!"
"It would be better if the whole world were destroyed."
"Stop looking! The man you're looking for is dead!"
Su Chen was startled, and her body was uncontrollably sucked towards the place where the sound came from.
Just as she was about to be swallowed by the black mist, the remnant in her hand suddenly emitted a purple light, which broke through the black mist.
Su Chen glanced gratefully at the remnant of life in her hand.
She pressed the wireless receiver earpiece she was wearing in her right ear and said, "Damn system, why did the main system let me into this crappy place?"
"You...remembered everything?" Ningwu's voice was intermittent in her ear, probably because the signal was not very good in the Endless Abyss.
Su Chen: "Yeah, I remembered everything as soon as I came in."
"Is Jin Yu really here? I have a feeling the main system is lying to me?" Su Chen waved the remnant of life around like a flashlight.
Ningwu: [No, she...she never lies.]
Su Chen: "Then why don't you dare come down with me?"
Ningwu: [Crack crack crack... hiss... It was your husband who fell down, not... hiss...]
Su Chen frowned and pressed the earphone button, instantly bringing a moment of peace to her ears.
Outside the Endless Abyss, Ningwu heard the busy tone in his earphones and exchanged bewildered glances with the pink dumpling next to him.
Su Chen continued to fall, while the chaotic voices in the endless abyss continued to chatter tirelessly.
She found it annoying and simply blocked the sound, believing that ignoring what she was hearing was the best way to find peace.
Seeing that they couldn't affect her, the spirits and monsters in the Endless Abyss changed their strategy. Some of them, capable of shapeshifting, transformed into all sorts of terrifying forms to frighten her.
All sorts of insects, rats, and snakes were released, but Su Chen flicked her finger and sent the illusions flying.
Could it be that in her past life she encountered these kinds of monsters that could only scare people but couldn't cause any real harm?
The fear that the Endless Abyss instilled in her was etched into her soul, so much so that she had been afraid of the dark for so many years. But when she jumped into the Endless Abyss, she found that it was nothing special.
Thinking of this, Su Chen became smug. "What? Is this all the scary stuff you have? Can't you come up with something else?"
Unexpectedly, these spirits were very obedient. As soon as Su Chen finished speaking, she saw Jin Yu, dressed in white, standing in front of her.
Su Chen clicked her tongue twice. She reached out and touched the face of "Jin Yu." "Oh dear, this doesn't look like her at all. Do you think I'm stupid?"
But the feel of this... well, it does feel right.
"Jinyu": "Have you touched enough?"
"No, no, I must say you guys are really amazing. Not only do the illusions look realistic, but they also feel incredibly lifelike." Su Chen exclaimed in amazement.
"Jin Yu" pulled her forcefully into his arms. "Heh, you think I'm fake?"
"Uh..." How can this monster be so strong? She can't break free!
