“Ningwu, I knew you would help me~” Su Chen was very happy.
"Um, actually it wasn't me..." Ningwu looked at the newly appeared pink bundle beside him. "It seems the voice system has been upgraded."
"Huh?" Su Chen exclaimed in surprise, "Quickly pull me into the space."
The words had barely left his mouth when everything went blurry before his eyes, and when he could see things again, he was already in space.
"Huh?" Su Chen poked the newly appeared pink dumpling that looked like a peach.
"Welcome, host! This is the voice system. Please take care of me from now on!" The pink dumpling turned around and looked at Su Chen with its two huge emerald green eyes.
"Wow! So cute!" Su Chen couldn't stand the cuteness of furry creatures. This pink dumpling had fine downy hair on its body and its two ears were flapping. Overall, it looked just like Jigglypuff.
Ren Sucheng held the little dumpling in her arms and rubbed it against her shoulder.
Ningwu, standing nearby: I should have been under the car, not inside, to see how sweet you two were...
"Alright, alright, are you still not done picking me up?" Ningwu's eyebrows shot out horizontally.
Su Chen reluctantly released the pink dumpling, stroking its fur before doing so.
"What's wrong with you?" Ningwu poked the pink dumpling's forehead with one finger. "This system isn't dead yet, and you're already eager to become this idiot's system?"
The pink dumpling hovered in the air and backed away slightly. "It was approved by the main system!"
"What? Did he make you some kind of wish? Like, to take human form? Or to obtain your soul?" Ning Wu narrowed his eyes, immediately sensing that the main system was up to some kind of conspiracy.
Back then, Ningwu had already forgotten what the main system had wished for her. Later, she had almost forgotten everything from the past. She suspected that the main system was a heartless boss who made empty wishes and then stopped fulfilling its promises once people forgot about them. By the time she found out, she was already trapped by the system and couldn't escape.
The pink dumpling shook its head. "I originally had no soul and therefore no ability to think for myself. It was the main system that gave me the ability to think, and I am very grateful for that."
Ning Wu's lips twitched. This silly child was probably being sold out and was even counting the money for the seller.
Su Chen didn't care what the two of them were saying; her eyes were glued to the little dumpling, and she was probably going to drool about it soon.
"I'm just here to assist you with your missions, and I can freely travel through space to help the host with the missions!" With that, the pink dumpling happily twirled in the air.
He asked with utter disdain, "Ha, what can you do?"
Su Chen then added from the side, "You're not here again, main system, to trick me out of points, are you?"
The little pink dumpling shook her head. "I know a lot! And my abilities don't require points!"
Su Chen was overjoyed upon hearing this. No points needed! Finally, she wouldn't be forced to call Ning Wu "Daddy" anymore!
Ningwu naturally saw Su Chen's excitement and scoffed disdainfully.
Although we don't know exactly what abilities the pink dumpling has, and it said it would keep it a secret, when Su Chen was talking about greed, it conjured up a giant machine out of thin air, which was twice the size of Su Chen's head.
Su Chen was so content eating Rainbow that he had completely forgotten about Ning Wu.
Ning Wu, on the other hand, stood far away with a look of disdain, pretending to read a book, and even took out all the snacks she had hidden to eat herself. She had originally wanted to annoy Su Chen, but seeing that Su Chen ignored her completely, she had nowhere to vent her anger.
