Sheng Yu watched Su Chen's departing figure from the corner, his brows furrowed, and he quickly walked over.
Su Chen felt a gust of wind behind her, and before she could turn around, she was enveloped in a cold embrace. It was indeed cold; the person holding her was very cold, like a block of ice.
She wanted to turn around, but the person behind her was holding her too tightly, so tightly that she couldn't move.
"Su Chen," the person behind him called out, their voice unsteady.
"Sheng Yu?" Su Chen then realized who was holding her. If Sheng Yu didn't make a sound, she was going to scream for help.
"Where have you been these past few days?" Sheng Yu buried his head in the crook of her neck, inhaling her fragrance.
Su Chen felt itchy from his breath and couldn't help but laugh, saying, "Where else can I go? Back to my parents' house."
Sheng Yu didn't expose her, but simply held her quietly, his arms tightening around her.
"What? Missing me?" Su Chen's eyes were bright. "If you miss me, why don't you look for me?"
Sheng Yu did not answer, but instead placed a kiss on her neck, a kiss so hot that Su Chen shivered.
"Don't run away from home even when you're angry again, okay?" Sheng Yu reluctantly lifted his head from Su Chen's neck and said in a low voice.
For some reason, the moment he hugged her, all the resentment she had been holding in for days vanished in an instant.
"Hmm, let me think about it."
A strange emotion flashed in Sheng Yu's eyes. "You can hit me, scold me, or even squander my money, but you can't run away from home."
"Oh? You can squander it all?" Su Chen grasped a key point.
Sheng Yu nodded.
"Okay, then come shopping with me!" Su Chen looked up at him, her eyes seemingly sparkling with stars.
"Okay." Sheng Yu smiled, his smile very gentle.
Su Chen said that going shopping would never save money for the people around her.
Especially since one of them was somewhat famous and the other a popular movie star, they had to sneak around when they went shopping. Su Chen was annoyed and went straight to the anime store.
They went after all her wives and husbands.
"Natsume figure, Hatsune Miku figure, Northern Princess figure, I want one of each of these three." Su Chen glanced at the cabinet without blinking.
The proprietress next to her beamed with joy and quickly wrapped them all up.
Su Chen turned to look at the anime store owner and asked, "Do you have any Touken Ranbu figures here? If so, I'll buy them all."
The proprietress hurriedly replied, "We do have some, but not all of them."
Su Chen: "What's missing?"
The proprietress said, "We're short five tigers."
Su Chen frowned. She liked Gokotai the most. Before she had experienced so much, the only Touken Ranbu character she had ever seen at a comic convention was Gokotai.
Sheng Yu, who had been silent until now, suddenly said, "If you like it, I'll send someone to buy it."
Su Chen nodded. Anyway, since this person said he could spend whatever he wanted, she would gladly accept whatever he wanted to buy for her. She wouldn't be like the heroines in TV dramas and novels who refused any gifts from the male lead and then talked about being independent and self-reliant.

Sheng Yu wanted to take her to make some haute couture pieces, but Su Chen still couldn't make a single expensive dress that she would wear once and then throw away. So she dragged Sheng Yu to Teddy Winnie the Pooh, a place she used to avoid even going in.
