Su Chen shook her head. "You're underestimating our Emperor. His men are everywhere in the palace. If we escape, he'll definitely find out. That way, he won't be able to punish us. Wouldn't my escape be exactly what he wants?"
"What should we do then..." Mumu was about to cry.
Su Chen said, "It depends on what Father plans to do."
With such a commotion in the palace, she said, "Let's go to the backyard and plant some." That way we can have fresh vegetables to eat!
The two turned over the soil, planted the seeds, covered them with a thin layer of sand, and then watered them appropriately.

Later, the vegetables in the yard sprouted, the crooked tree grew tender pink flowers, and the weather became warmer.
Su Chen followed Mu Mu to learn martial arts, practicing horse stance for an hour every day, and her days were very fulfilling.
The original owner had a very good foundation; even dressed in simple clothes, she couldn't hide her charm and beauty.
He imitated Mumu's punches and performed a set of punches, to which Mumu cheered and applauded.
Seeing that Su Chen was thirsty, they brought her tea.
"This tea is sweet and delicious; it must be some very good tea," Su Chen exclaimed.
Mumu winked and said, "Yes, I stole the pre-Qingming Longjing tea that Consort Shu's family sent over."
Su Chen gave her a thumbs up, "Great!"
"Your Highness, I've found something fun too." Mumu pulled a shuttlecock out from behind her back as if by magic.
Su Chen's face fell when she saw the shuttlecock. She had never kicked a shuttlecock with her legs since she was a child; she could only kick it a couple of times.
"I'm not playing anymore," Su Chen refused.
Mumu nodded and said, "Alright, Your Highness, please rest for a while and watch me play."
Mu Mu's figure changed a lot, truly graceful as a startled swan and a swimming dragon, her movements incredibly nimble, leaving Su Chen in awe.
