The group went to see the old king of Lionheart Kingdom. Su Chen guessed correctly. The king was indeed very old and could not even stand up. He had to be helped up by the people next to him to receive them.
Su Chen watched his actions intently, looking into his eyes. This shouldn't be a villain, right? No matter how she looked at him, he didn't seem familiar at all. Even the man who broke into her room that day felt more familiar than this king in front of her.
"I am old and have no intention of remarrying." The king waved his hand, looking extremely tired.
“But…” Su Chen’s older brother, Su Wangwang, was anxious to speak, but he was interrupted by the king before he could finish.
“I know what you mean. I can let you stay in Lionheart for a while, but you need to find a planet where you can make a living as soon as possible.”
Su Wang opened her mouth a few times, but finally agreed.
Then someone came and took them to the place where they were arranged to stay.
The place to stay is really nice, nestled against the mountains and facing the sea; it's truly a rare and auspicious burial site (just kidding).
Su Chen was assigned to a room by herself, and the servants followed Su Wang away, probably to avoid getting too close to her and catching bad luck.
Su Chen didn't feel anything in her heart. It was quiet to be alone, and besides, she still had to sneak out to find someone.
Not long ago, Su Chen asked Ning Wu for the plot of this novel, but Ning Wu refused to give it to her, saying that she would only reveal it when she met the male and female leads.
So, she could only wander around.
However, she can only explore the planet Lionheart for now.
After staying in the room for a while, Su Chen couldn't hold back any longer and slipped out.
Lionheart Kingdom was a picturesque place, much like Earth's environment. Su Chen took a breath of fresh air and felt great. She'd been living in a moldy little room on the spaceship for days since arriving.
However, her joy turned to sorrow when she suddenly lost her footing... It was a cliff!
Su Chen fell silent, closed her eyes, and awaited death.
Unexpectedly, the sound of the wind around her weakened slightly. Su Chen opened her eyes a crack and discovered... she was now on the back of a hairy creature?! And a white one at that. Could it be a Yeti?
Su Chen was lost in thought and forgot to be afraid.
Su Chen only realized what was happening when the "snow monster" carried her to the bottom of the cliff. However, she didn't run away. First, she couldn't escape, and second, her sixth sense told her that the "snow monster" posed no threat to her.
Thinking about it is one thing, but standing there, Su Chen's legs still couldn't help but go weak. She had to hold onto the old tree behind her to stand up. The reason was simple: her zoology teacher had once said that the most effective way to deal with wild beasts was to stand upright. That way, in their eyes you would appear tall and imposing, and they would not dare to attack you.
Su Chen kept mentally preparing herself, and then conjured the dagger in her hand again before looking up at Zhang "Snow Monster".
Upon seeing the "Yeti's" true appearance, Su Chen was stunned. This "Yeti" was actually a white-maned male lion!
After combining the information about Lionheart Kingdom that the dog system had given her, Su Chen belatedly realized, "You're a lion-man?"
The white-haired lion glanced at her, then rolled over and transformed into a naked man.
Su Chen quickly covered her eyes with her fingers.
Ningwu silently cursed her shamelessness in the space. What's the difference between covering her eyes and not covering them at all? The gaps between her fingers are so big!
The white-haired lion-man lowered his sword-like eyebrows, flicked his finger, and a white cloth covered his lower body.
Su Chen then removed her ten fingers, which were essentially useless.
