In the middle of the night, a cold wind blew, and the withered grass and trees trembled and made a low, hoarse sound.
Su Chen hugged her shivering self and cursed at the system: "Damn system! Didn't you say the sleeping bag was super warm?"
The system stammered, "I... I meant a warm sleeping bag for autumn and winter."
Su Chen rolled her eyes and shoved her icy hand under the dog system's belly.
The system was startled and quickly rolled to the side, hissing, "You vicious woman!"
Bo Lie rolled over, mumbling sleepily, "Who is it?"
The system was so frightened that it immediately fell silent.
"You're dreaming, go to sleep," Su Chen muttered, mimicking Bo Lie.
Bo Lie didn't know if he heard or not, he turned over and smacked his lips, and soon a soft snoring sound came from him.
The system held its breath and observed intently for a while, only breathing a sigh of relief when it saw that she had fallen asleep again. But... why does he feel so... cold right now?
He looked down at Leng Yuan and was shocked to see two pale hands shamelessly...stroking his belly.
"Woman! Don't play with fire!" He had barely finished speaking when he received a sharp rap on the head.
"Have you been reading CEO romance novels again lately?" Su Chen's expression was as if she had caught her teenage daughter texting her crush.

"Study it?" Su Chen narrowed her eyes.

"I have hand warmers." The system pulled out more than ten hand warmers from somewhere and nudged them to Su Chen's side with its dog nose.

The only things that could attract zombies here, besides heat sources... are Bo Lie, the superhuman...
Su Chen sighed. What was she going to do? Although she was a zombie, even a tiger couldn't fight a pack of wolves. With so many zombies around, she could barely protect herself, let alone take someone else with her.
"Your special ability..."
"I... I can only slow down their actions." Bo Lie lowered her head, feeling utterly useless, unable to even protect one person.
“That’s good. I’ll count to three and we’ll rush out. The space between those two zombies is bigger than the rest.” Su Chen pointed. “Then I’ll push aside the left side, and you can push aside the right side. We’ll both rush towards the protection camp.”
“But… the protection camp kicked us out.” Bo Lie still had strong resentment when he mentioned the protection camp.
