Chapter 142 The Healing Queen of the Apocalypse (Part 12)

Bo Lie sighed; what they said was too true.

Just like how she hasn't passed her CET-4 yet and still has subjects to retake, her classes keep her busy from morning till night every day.

I spent the whole day listening to lectures, doing homework, and worrying about my future job prospects; I felt completely suffocated.

Thinking of this, Bo Lie quickly finished her soy milk and threw away the paper cup, but someone bumped into her.

The man looked blank; the skin on her wrist that he had just touched was frighteningly hot.

"Are you alright?" Bo Lie gently helped the man up.

The person acted as if they hadn't heard, and continued walking forward due to inertia.

Bo Lie stopped paying attention, thinking that the other person probably had more important things to do and didn't want to waste his time.

I just glanced at it a few times and then went back to my dorm.

"Finally, class is over." Roommate A returned with roommate B.

Roommate C: "Have you guys had lunch yet?"

"We didn't eat." Roommates A and B said in unison.

"Is Xiaojun feeling any better?" her roommate C asked.

Upon hearing this, Bo Lie touched Bu Xiaojun's forehead. "Much better, at least your forehead isn't as hot as it was yesterday."

"That's good! This flu outbreak is really serious; several students from our school have been sent to the hospital."

"It should be fine," Bo Lie said, then wrung out another wet towel and placed it on Xiao Jun's forehead.

"Open the door... open the door now!" A group of men and women frantically pounded on the glass door on the first floor of the dormitory, their faces filled with panic.

The middle-aged woman was pulled out of the security room, hands on her hips, looking intimidating. "Don't you know this is a girls' dormitory? How can boys come in?"

Among the group, a boy was the loudest, shouting and banging on the glass door, his voice almost pleading: "Auntie, please... it's really too late! Behind us..."

"What's behind that?" The old lady stood with her hands in her pockets, not believing it at all. Usually, young men would say they wanted to come in to help their girlfriends carry their suitcases, but she never let them in.

If we let these guys in, who will take responsibility if something happens?

"Zombies! There are zombies behind us!"

"Auntie! Hurry! The zombies are coming!"

A group of people were shouting, but no one could understand what they were saying except themselves.

The older woman could only hear the word "depressing," and couldn't understand anything else.

"Tsk tsk, I don't understand what you young people are saying. I just know you're not allowed into the girls' dormitory! If you try to force your way in, we'll have to call your advisor!" They're not going to let anyone in easily!

"There really are zombies!" Seeing that it was too late, a group of people began to try to smash the windows and break into the dormitory.

The dorm supervisor was furious. "Fine! Which college are you all from? I'm going to find your advisor and the student affairs office right now!"

I watched as the older woman walked into the dormitory security room.

A group of people rushed forward, trying to smash the glass and break in. Some used their fists, others their shoulders, and for a moment the dormitory door was filled with banging and crashing sounds, which inexplicably made people feel uneasy and scared.

"What's going on?" A girl on the first floor who was picking up her takeout forgot about it when she saw the scene.

A pane of glass shattered, and shards of glass crashed to the ground with a loud "crack!"

The shattered glass was only about the size of an adult man's chest, and a group of people, regardless of their weight, were scrambling to get inside.

The boy who broke the glass first came in and ran towards the dormitory stairwell without saying a word.

"Oh no! A boy has come in!" The girl in her pajamas quickly covered her chest.

The others spread the word: "Oh dear... quickly remind those who are still in the toilet."
