However, he was proven wrong a moment later.
Because it was so delicious, Su Chen asked for several more plates, and then she felt nauseous... and went to the toilet to dry heave.
"What's wrong?" Ms. Wu asked, following closely behind.

Su Chen vomited for a while and then rinsed her mouth. Although she was hungry, she dared not eat anymore, for fear of vomiting again.
"I'm going back to my room now."
Ms. Wu gave her son a wink as she watched Su Chen return to the house.
Song Ming, however, acted as if he hadn't seen anything and continued eating.
Ms. Wu stamped her foot, feeling utterly disappointed.
Su Chen was very annoyed when she went upstairs. She had originally planned to show affection to Song Ming and then remind Ms. Wu of her old man. In addition, she felt it was pointless to be a third wheel, so she went home and made up with her old man.

"Cough cough, Mom, you're overthinking it."
"What are you overthinking? You two..."
"Well, actually..."
"You two were actually lying to me?"

"Well……"
Unable to tell the truth, Su Chen didn't know what to answer, and just looked like she was having trouble speaking.
