Ye Feng loosened his grip and patted Wu Fu's shoulder: "Boss Wu, for safety reasons, I'm sorry, I hope I didn't hurt you."
The person in front of me is a real person, who looks to be in his twenties, with strong features and an imposing heroic look.
His clothes were a little messy, and it was obvious that he had run out in a hurry.
"There's no need to talk about this now," Wu Fu handed him a color-changing eye mask. "Now that all four gates are locked, it's difficult to get out by normal means. Do you have any ideas?"
"Not yet." It happened too suddenly and there was no time to think about it carefully.
Ye Feng took it, quickly put the color-changing lens in place, and looked up at him.
"Boss Wu, this is strange. It might implicate you. Let's say goodbye now and contact each other via the terminal."
Wu Fu grabbed him and said, "If I was afraid of getting into trouble, I wouldn't have come here. Brother, I trust your character. There must be something behind this. Let's get through this first."
Ye Feng was slightly stunned. This feeling of unconditional trust was so similar to that of his previous brothers.
Just as he was about to say something, there was a sudden "fluttering" sound above the entire trading hall. Dozens of black shadows flapped their wings and bared their teeth and attacked the crowd. The surroundings were in chaos and noise.
"Male worm!"
"So many male insects!"
Long Sa's voice came into Ye Feng's mind: "I was the one who released the male insect. You took advantage of the chaos to come to the research center. Hawke is here. He was the one who issued the bounty mission."
"Then Boss Wu..."
"Let him follow if he wants to. This man can be trusted."
Long Sa recognized the number on Wu Fu the moment he saw it in Hengyuan Valley.
This man had indeed been one of his personal guards. When fighting the Zerg, he always followed closely behind him, never complaining about the hardship or tiredness. He was a good support player.
"Okay!" Ye Feng had no objection.
Underground of the Mental Power Research and Control Center.
Hawke's fusion-connected robot was fastened to a metal chair, unable to move but not panicking at all.
Before Ye Feng came in, he wiped his face and took off the ion mask.
Hawke looked at Ye Feng, then turned to look at the number on Long Sa's body, revealing an expression of great interest yet confusion.
"Interesting. How did you do that?"
"You'd better tell me what you did before." Ye Feng walked over, his eyes gloomy and with an imposing aura of impending storm.
Hawke, however, still wore his signature smile. "How about we each answer the other's question? Then you give me the 'golden ten seconds'."
Ye Feng said bluntly: "What qualifications do you have to negotiate terms?"
Long Sa pressed a button expressionlessly, and the seat suddenly released bursts of strong magnetic current.
Hawke's mental strength felt like it was being whipped, one second in heaven, the next second in hell, the pain making his soul shiver.
Hawke suddenly threw his head back and burst into laughter: "Hahaha, if I really wanted to leave just now, how could you have stopped me? This is my territory."
He stared at Ye Feng, his eyes fanatically twisted, without any sign of compromise: "I'm just waiting for you, Ye Yi.
"You don't have much time left. Once the chaos caused by the male insects is suppressed, you will be in a passive position.
"Everyone is looking for you out there now. The longer you delay, the harder it will be for you to get out.
"How about we satisfy each other's curiosity? It would be more efficient, right?"
Ye Feng glanced at Long Sa, and the two reached a consensus instantly.
"Okay!" Ye Feng agreed readily, "But you have to answer first. Also, answer one question per second. If you earn ten seconds, I'll give you ten seconds.
"If you don't agree, we'll just wait and see if you give up first or we get found first."
This treaty is indeed a bit unequal.
Hawke thought about it, looked into Ye Feng's dark, uncompromising eyes, and gritted his teeth and agreed: "Okay."
Long Sa stopped what he was doing.
Hawke closed his eyes and shook his head, calming down.
He felt his mental strength surge, becoming unstable, and he felt extremely dizzy.
Ye Feng said loudly: "Let's earn your golden ten seconds first.
"First question, what did you do with this body before we met outside the Research and Control Center?"
Hawke pondered and looked at Ye Feng scrutinizingly, as if trying to gauge how much this man already knew.
Ye Feng also stared at him: "You know what I'm going to ask. This is our first question. If you're not sincere, why don't we just end it here?"
Hawke chuckled: "Nothing, I asked someone to inject you with a potion."
"What's it for?"
"Let the hidden energy in your blood burst forth."
"What energy?"
Hawke laughed and said, "I also want to know what kind of energy it is, but unfortunately, you didn't give me the chance to figure it out.
"Why don't you tell me if you feel anything different about your body?"
He raised his head, his eyes paranoid and fanatical.
Ye Feng narrowed his eyes and said, "You'd better restrain yourself! Otherwise, our business won't be able to go on.
He continued to ask: "Why did you choose me?"
Hawke: "Because you have black hair and black eyes, you may have the purest ancient mysterious Asian bloodline."
Ye Feng: "How do you know that Asian ancestry can stimulate energy?"
Hawke paused for a moment before saying, "It's mentioned in the Cang Yan family secret book."
Ye Feng: "The secret book is with you?"
Hawke curled his lips and said, "It's here with me, but I can't give it to you. Besides, you can't find it."
Ye Feng: "How did you get it?"
Hawke: "An Shaochen stole it and gave it to me."
Ye Feng: "Why did he do this?"
