Chapter 60 You're threatening me!
Shen Rong has reached the stage of urinary urgency and frequency; she has to run to the toilet after only drinking a few sips of water.
She pinched her nose as she came out of the outhouse, turned around and went to the bamboo grove behind it to get some fresh air, but almost bumped into someone.
When the man saw her stomach, he turned pale with fright: "I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry, are you feeling unwell anywhere?"
His eyes were fixed on the area behind him, and he panicked when he heard a noise.
Shen Rong also heard the commotion outside. It sounded like Japanese people were talking. She glanced at the young man in front of her. Could it be that the Japanese were chasing him?
“Go that way,” she said, pointing him in the right direction.
The man was somewhat stunned.
Shen Rong urged him, "Weren't you looking for me? Hurry up and leave."
The man thanked him, took two steps, then turned back and said, "And what about you? Those Japanese are no pushovers."
He looked worried, afraid that he would cause her trouble after he left.
Shen Rong laughed: "Don't worry, they won't dare to do anything to me. I don't even know you!"
That made sense. Thinking of what he had on him, he steeled himself, turned around, and left, saying, "Thank you!"
The sound behind him grew closer, and Shen Rong plopped down on the steps, blocking the man's path.
Several Japanese ronin rushed over menacingly. Seeing Shen Rong sitting there, they said in a nasty voice, "Get out of the way!"
Shen Rong glanced at them coldly.
These people were provoked by her, and some couldn't hold back and wanted to attack her.

When the ronin realized that she knew Miss Sachiko, they reluctantly withdrew their hands.

She took a step forward with a smile: "Believe it or not, you won't even be able to leave Longquan Temple."
The ronin looked uneasy, their eyes darting around as they glanced at Sachiko.
"Mrs. Lu, it's a misunderstanding." Uchida Eiko rushed over from the side.
“It was one of my servants who offended you. They apologize.” Uchida Eiko glared at the group of ronin. “Hurry up and apologize to Mrs. Lu.”
Those ronin bowed and apologized.
Shen Rong's expression remained indifferent.
"Why don't you go look elsewhere? If you can't find it, you'll be in trouble when you get back."
Sachiko, her face grim, led her men to continue the chase.
Shen Rong looked at them curiously, but Uchida Eiko subtly blocked her view.
"What are you doing here, Mrs. Lu? Let me take you home!"
Shen Rong said angrily, "No need. I was just using the toilet next door, it stinked so bad I came here to get some fresh air. Who knew I'd run into your sister with your servants, all looking fierce and trying to scare me?"
"I'll definitely give her a good talking to when I get back."
"Forget it, I won't argue with her. By the way, I just heard her say something about thieves. Was your house burgled? Should I ask Lu Lin to help you look for them? He's the professional at catching thieves."
Uchida Ayako's smile froze for a moment: "No need to trouble Director Lu. It's not anything valuable, just something I brought from my hometown. It has sentimental value, so I was just looking to see if I could find it."
Shen Rong nodded: "If she were as approachable as you and asked me in kind words, I would definitely tell her."

Shen Rong nudged him with her belly: "Let me fly! You're always talking about others. If you're in such a hurry, why don't you come and pick me up yourself?"
Lu Lin paused for a moment, then said helplessly, "I have official business to attend to."
"That's good. We should walk slowly too. There are so many people. What if we lose our footing and cause a stampede? Second Brother told us to go down the mountain immediately. It's easy for him to talk when he's not in our shoes."

Lu Lin smirked, "Thank you, but I have official business to attend to today. I'll host a banquet at my humble abode another day, and you can come and have a simple meal there."
Chen Enzhi smiled and said, "Okay, I'll definitely go." Her gaze fell on Kang Wenbai, then turned back with a hint of disgust.
The group's car arrived, and both sides said goodbye. Chen Jingzhi pulled his cousin to leave.
Unexpectedly, Guo Yuying suddenly appeared, took out a red invitation from her bag, and said with a hint of pride, "Mrs. Lu, Wenbai and I are getting married. We would like to invite you to attend."
Shen Rong was shocked and subconsciously looked at Kang Wenbai.
