The two stayed in Xikou Town for another night.
The next morning, we checked out of the hotel and then drove to Xuedou Mountain.
The first stop for the two after going up the mountain was Xuedou Temple.
Xuedou Temple is already a famous temple in Jiangnan, and its fame is even greater because it once imprisoned a famous historical figure.
However, the Xuedou Temple we see today was built in the 1980s.
The original Xuedou Temple was destroyed in the movement in the 1960s and 1970s. Apart from a few ancient trees, there is not much sense of historical vicissitudes in the temple.
The two of them only stayed inside for a short while before heading to the next scenic spot.
Not far from the gate of Xuedou Temple is the Qianzhangyan-Miaogaotai Scenic Area.
Although it is only a short distance to Qianzhang Rock, every step is a beautiful sight.
Qianzhangyan Waterfall is famous in the south of the Yangtze River for its majestic and spectacular appearance. Emperor Zhenzong of the Northern Song Dynasty once named it "Dongzhe Waterfall".
The water source comes from the valleys on the east and west sides of Xuedou Temple. The two streams meet under the Fulong Bridge in front of Xuedou Temple, flow into Jinjing Pool, pass through Guanshan Bridge, rush out of the cliff, and reach the bottom of the pool, with a drop of nearly 200 meters.
After rushing down the cliff, the water rushed into the air and collided with a protruding boulder halfway up the cliff, sprinkled like flying snow, and divided the waterfall into two parts, upper and lower.
The upper layer looks like five dragons flying into the sky, and the lower layer looks like a pearl curtain hanging down to the ground. When illuminated by the sunlight, it appears as a seven-colored rainbow, which astonishes the viewers.
There are two angles to view Qianzhangyan Waterfall: one is opposite the cliff mouth, where the ancients built the "Feixue Pavilion" for people to sit and watch.
The second is the bottom of the waterfall valley, where the ancients built the "Yangzhi Bridge" and "Wuleiting" for people to look up.
In those days, when Chiang Kai-shek returned to Xikou and stayed at Miaogaotai for a while, he would definitely get off his sedan chair to admire the scenery when passing by Qianzhang Rock.
In the movies "The Decisive Battle" and "The Founding Ceremony of a Nation", there are scenes of Chiang Kai-shek enjoying the scenery under the Qianzhangyan Waterfall.
"Xikou and Xuedou Mountain are truly breathtaking wonders!" Lü Ruorong couldn't help but sigh after snapping a number of photos beside the Qianzhangyan Waterfall. "Only places with excellent feng shui can produce famous people!"

Miaogaotai is about 500 meters away from Ganzhangyan.
There is a peak protruding here, blocking out the view of thousands of mountains, and is called "Miaogaotai" or "Miaogaofeng".
There is a flat platform on the top of the peak, with cliffs in front, three sides of it hanging in the air and an abyss below.
When you climb to the top of Xuedou and look down, you can only see the platform but not the peak. When you look up from the bottom of the mountain, you can only see the peak but not the platform.
It is a sunny day today. I look around from the balcony. The mist is just beginning to lift. The nearby mountains and distant hills are in various shapes. The lake below the platform and the pavilion is embedded among the peaks, with ripples and mist shadows.
Miaogaotai Villa is a Chinese-style building, with a three-bay, two-story center, a front patio, and a black lacquered gate. On either side of the entrance are two bungalows, each with a balcony above and a concrete corridor connecting them. At the back are three bungalows connected by a wall. In front of the building, a plaque inscribed with "Miaogaotai" in Chiang Kai-shek's handwriting appears, and the plaque hanging in front is likely Chiang's original work.
While standing in front of Miaogao Terrace and looking at the scenery, Lu Ruorong took Chen Zihan's arm and asked softly, "Is this the best place in Xuedou Mountain?"
"There are many scenic spots on Xuedou Mountain. Qianzhang Rock, Miaogao Terrace, Sanyintan, and Xufu Rock are all very beautiful. Everyone has their own opinions on which place has the best scenery!" Chen Zihan said with a smile, "But like you, I think Miaogao Terrace has the best scenery. If I could stand in front of Miaogao Terrace in the morning and watch the fog rise from the mountains and the misty waves of Tingxia Lake, I would be in a good mood all day!"

After leaving Miaogaotai, the two drove to Xufuyan.
Xu Fuyan is a scenic spot far away from Xuedou Mountain, but the scenery here is also very good.
There are many cliffs here, and a waterfall with a drop of about 250 meters.
There is a huge rock protruding from the cliff mouth. Legend has it that an immortal rode a ghost and slowly ascended to heaven, hence the name.
Looking at the huge rock from a distance, it looks like a stone monkey leaning against the sky.
To get down to the scenic spot from the highway, you need to go through an iron spiral staircase.
Because it is far away from Myokodai and Senjo Rock, not many tourists visit this attraction.
When Chen Zihan took Lu Ruorong down there, there was not a single tourist around.
After getting down the spiral ladder, Chen Zihan looked around to see if there was anyone nearby, so he pulled Lu Ruorong and gave her a passionate kiss.

Sanyintan is actually three waterfalls, with a total length of more than 1,600 meters, from high to low.

Shangyintan is famous for its seclusion and danger; Zhongyintan is famous for its beauty; and Xiayintan is famous for its unique beauty.
Although the three hidden pools are located in deep mountains and valleys and are difficult to visit, there are still many tourists.
While holding hands with Chen Zihan and enjoying the Sanyintan pond, Lu Ruorong softly asked Chen Zihan, "Can you... give me all the beauty in life?"
