Chapter 25, Chapter 27: "Why not..."

Chapter 25, Chapter 27: "Why not..."

The orange-flavored chocolate cake was covered in white cream by the eater.

Of course, some of the juice comes out of the filling when you poke the chocolate cake.

Most of the cake is covered with juice, which is the prelude to the diner's enjoyment.

The sofa was a bit too small for the two of them; they had to press themselves tightly together to keep from falling off.

So they could only hug each other even tighter.

Sweat poured freely.

So many that they even converged into several small rivers along the smooth and beautiful muscle texture.

The blush on Visen's body had just faded, but it was tinged with red again due to the strenuous exercise; many parts of his lean and strong body were red.

The panting made the insect blush and its heart race.

The Imperial Rose bloomed to its fullest at this moment, so dazzling that it captivated every insect that cast its gaze upon it, but at this very moment, only he, the insect, was able to witness it.

The moment this thought crossed his mind, Phipps felt an overwhelming pleasure that seemed to annihilate him.

Both body and mind climb to the summit.

The moon moves forward and then falls again.

He reached out his hand, but couldn't touch Vison's face, and let out a childlike, aggrieved whimper.

Vison straightened his back and let out a long, satisfied sigh.

He swept his sweat-soaked black hair behind his head, revealing his beautiful, smooth forehead.

His beautiful eyes were slightly narrowed in comfort, which amplified his sense of aggression and detachment.

Looking up from below, it seems exceptionally far away, even the alluring beauty mark at the corner of its eye takes on a cold tinge.

Especially when he looked down at me.

...They look at insects like they look at dogs.

Fipos, already at the crest of the wave, was continuously stimulated by this feeling, and large swathes of white exploded before his eyes.

His originally dark red eyes became unfocused, turning into a light red that resembled translucent glass—brilliant, vacant, even the corners of his eyes were tinged with red. A single, almost-tearful tear hung from the corner of his eye, making him look as beautiful as the doll that Vincent had made for himself when he was a child.

This made him ruthless.

I want to truly turn him into a doll that belongs to him.

The sun slowly rose to its zenith, and the heat and dehydration made the flowers wilt.

After making a mess of the sofa and getting it inexplicably soaked, the hunter's satisfying meal finally came to an end.

After mating, female insects always crave the tenderness of male insects, and Phipps is no exception.

He was still caught up in the aftermath of their encounter; his reason hadn't returned, and instinct had taken over.

Seeing Vison, who remained calm and composed even after strenuous exercise, his face still clear, and who looked down at him in his disheveled state, Vison's expression changed, and he felt wronged.

But he had learned that male insects often dislike female insects that are greedy and take advantage of him.

But what can be done about a greedy and unscrupulous female insect?

You've left all of that inside him, yet he's still not satisfied.

"I was very well-behaved just now."

Phibos lowered his eyes, his boundless longing and greed hidden deep within, only satisfaction and joy visible on the surface. He reached out and put his hand on Vinson's waist, mimicking the Phibos who had lost his memory, speaking in a coquettish tone, innocent and even... a little foolish.

But Vison likes it this way, doesn't he?

He could become like that too.

"Yes, you were very well-behaved just now." Vinson expressed great affirmation for his self-assessment.

He squinted, looking completely satisfied. His morning gloom had vanished. After devouring the entire orange-flavored cake, he felt incredibly content. He thought his favorite food should be changed to a unique orange-flavored chocolate cake.

"So, can I get a reward, teacher?" Fipos looked at him with wide, expectant eyes.

"What reward do you want?" Only then did Vincent notice his unusual behavior. He looked down at him and saw that he looked somewhat aggrieved.

Weren't you just having a good time? Everything's changed...

Vison kept part of his body still, bent down, stroked his face, and asked softly, "What's wrong? Does it hurt?"

"Um, kiss me." Faber's breath hitched at his actions. He shook his head, looking intently into his eyes, even his usually well-hidden desire and greed surfacing. "Why won't you kiss me?"

Upon hearing this answer, Vison was somewhat taken aback.

It's rare to see the general with such an expression, such longing, such need for him, such clinging to him.

But he loved Fibros. He loved him, needed him, openly expressed his desire for him, wanted him to kiss him, to share the most intimate moments with him, and would sometimes become so caught up in the passion that his reason hadn't fully returned, clinging to him like he had before he lost his memory...

After a brief moment of surprise, he chuckled lightly with pleasure and, as Phipps had wished, kissed those pale red lips.

Unlike the simple kiss that morning, this kiss was rough and forceful.

Their breaths exchanged, as if they were trapped in the deep sea, and only by holding each other tightly and taking air from each other's mouths could they get a chance to breathe.

Vison stuck out his tongue and ran it across his teeth and palate, causing Phipps's body to convulse and tremble uncontrollably.

"So sensitive?" The silver thread tugged at him, and Vincent laughed at him, the soft laughter fading between their lips that were almost touching.

He gently pecked him, transforming back into a tender and delicate lover, soothing him with gentle affection.

Fipos turned his face away somewhat embarrassed. Even someone as thick-skinned as Fipos couldn't help but feel shy in the face of such an honest and sensitive body.

“This shows we’re the perfect match.” Vison stroked his face, showering his neck, Adam’s apple, and chin with wet kisses.

It seems he really cherishes him.

Feppos looked at the black head buried in his neck, and met the black eyes that reflected his entire being, eyes as unique, bright and precious as obsidian.

This cherished feeling, which seemed to resonate with the male insect, made Fei Pos feel as if a warm, soft cotton ball had been stuffed into his heart, so tender and comforting that even the darkest cracks in his heart were soothed.

His words warmed his heart even more.

He reached out and wrapped his arms around Vison's neck, then gently returned his kiss to his lips.

Sunlight streamed through the glass windows as they embraced and kissed on the sofa, like any ordinary, loving couple in the world.

The feeling that had finally subsided after being kissed by this kind of kiss returned to Faith.

Female insects are inherently more sexually driven, but male insects are not, mainly because their bodies do not support it. Therefore, generally speaking, the desires of male insects are more derived from sadism.

Fipos tried to restrain himself and not let himself be as reckless and greedy as Vincent had just described.

After all, his mindset is different now than it was at the beginning. He no longer treats Vison as a tool, a male insect tool that can be used at will, squeezed dry, and left to live or die without regard for the first time.

After such a long time, even though they haven't met, he still misses him, longs to see him, and greedily inhales his pheromones, but he also learns to restrain himself. He finally realizes that this gentleman is different to him.

He somewhat...liked him, though he didn't know what liking someone meant.

From the moment they parted, he wanted to lock him in the house, to have only him as a female insect, to have his gaze fixed on him forever and ever. He wanted to be entangled with him for a lifetime.

Even now, this remains true.

Does this count as liking someone?

This is all he wanted to do to him; in the end, he's just a madman.

Fepois raised his hand and tucked Vison's sweat-dampened hair behind his ear, gently and tenderly stroking his beautiful, picturesque eyes that held endless meaning. He was beautiful without being seductive, soft without being weak, and noble and aloof.

But why hasn't he done it yet?

Because it glows.

He loves machines and works hard. He has his own ambitions and aspirations. He is different from other male insects. He has a free spirit, is a bird that flies, and has a bright future that keeps him awake at night. He should not be confined in a cage. He will leave his name in the history books of the insect race.

He wouldn't allow any insects to confine him in a cage, not even himself.

He has thought this way before, and he still does now; in fact, he is becoming increasingly convinced of it.

Thinking about it that way, he's still better than a madman.

Thinking about it this way, desires seem to cool down as if doused with cold water.

"What are you thinking about? Why are you thinking so seriously, with such a solemn look on your face?"

Vison suddenly interrupted his thoughts, and Feppos snapped out of his reverie and shook his head at him.

"Why are you so sad?" Vincent wasn't going to let him off the hook and pressed on with further questions.

Fipos: "Really?"

"You should take a look at your face in the mirror right now." She was so sad it felt like she was about to shatter.

Vison couldn't bear to see him like this; he felt as if his heart was being gripped by a hand, and he couldn't even breathe properly.

He pulled out a blanket and gently covered him with it, then got up and said, "I was thinking of doing it again, but if you're not feeling well, I won't. Don't you have to go to work this afternoon? Take a rest."

"No." Fipos grabbed his arm in a panic, frantically pulling his hand behind his back so he could feel the dampness, his eyes pleading. "Don't go, I can still do it."

Vison forcefully pulled his hand away from his palm and pressed his thumb down on his chin.

"Tell me, what are you thinking?" He leaned closer, frowned, and asked him very seriously, his expression so serious it could even be described as fierce.

He now understands that sometimes you have to be a little strict with him for him to speak obediently.

This was also a strange thing for him. He had never meddled in other people's business before. But here, he kept trying to get involved in the affairs of this famous imperial general. The other party was unwilling to let him interfere, but he still insisted on going over there himself.

When Faith met that face, he hesitated for a moment, but finally spoke honestly and nervously, his eyes filled with expectation and his voice trembling slightly, which he managed to conceal: "Do you still like me?"

Will you still like me? Like me even though I betrayed your previous feelings.

Vincent paused for a moment, not expecting this. His mind, which could come up with perfect solutions even for the most difficult mechanical problems, froze for a moment as he recalled the scenes of him telling Fepos that he liked being rejected in various brutal ways.

The memory of repeatedly letting the other person trample on his heart was so embarrassing and heartbreaking that he could still recall the pain he felt at the time.

When I first fell in love, I begged and pleaded with myself to end it, only to turn back again and again. In the end, I could only force myself to stop liking him and stop bothering him, but I still couldn't help but feel the pain of being a fool.

The pain was so intense that he couldn't even see Fipos's expression clearly. Was it mockery? Fear? Or a warning after repeated confirmation?

He remained silent, his lips pressed tightly together.

The more silent he became, the more uneasy Fips felt, as if an axe was hanging over his heart, and with each silence, the axe seemed to fall lower and lower.

Fipos even wanted to speak up and tell him not to take what he had just said to heart, and to end what he felt was a "death by a thousand cuts".

He even wanted to tell him first that he had realized his own feelings, and that if he was willing to like him again, he could give up his status as a general and become his female servant, but from then on he could only have him as his only insect.

Just as he was about to speak, Vison finally spoke.
