After the initial high-intensity radiation dissipated, a large amount of black liquid began to seep from the armor surrounding the hole.
These oil-like viscous fluids are nanorobots carried by the harvester itself. After detecting damage to the body, these robots will spontaneously move to the damaged area and repair the damaged parts.
At least 80% of the harvester's size was constructed in this way. The damage from a nuclear bomb was nothing to it, and it could be repaired in minutes.
