When Shen Bei'an woke up, Gu Nan'an was still by his side. "Let's go, An'an, let's try piloting the submarine ourselves."
Gu Nanyan straightened his collar and had someone take away the mattress.
"Yan Yan, you need a pilot's license to operate a submarine, right? I don't have one." Shen Beian said, indicating that he was still law-abiding, and besides, they were underwater. Mu Bei Island was on this side of the Pacific Ocean, and the dangers of the underwater world were self-evident. He really didn't have a life.
Gu Nanyan wasn't surprised by Shen Bei'an's reaction. Back when he was young, whenever Shen Bei'an found out about his speeding in the capital, he would always get a lecture.
So when she was speeding, she would always say she had something to do with her friends.
This isn't exactly a lie; it's just a euphemism.
"Don't worry, An'an. I have both a submarine pilot's license and an instructor's license. I can teach you." Gu Nanyan took the outer robe and put it on him.
Shen Bei'an stared at Gu Nan'an in shock, "Yan'an, how come you seem to know everything?"
If he remembers correctly, he also seems to know how to fly a plane.
"Dad taught me how to fly planes and drive submarines. He taught me when we went to the rainforest together." Gu Nanyan led Shen Bei'an away from the underwater tunnel.
When Gu Xiuhuang was teaching Gu Nanyan these things, Gu Nanyan was only twelve or thirteen years old.
Teaching a twelve or thirteen-year-old child these things, especially in such a dangerous environment as a tropical rainforest or the Atlantic Ocean, is something that probably only Gu Xiuhuang could do.

The beach in Jinhua lies on the south side of Mubei Island. Over the years, the waves have washed the golden sand into a smooth and delicate surface. A gentle breeze blows, and seagulls soar and gather.
Gu Nanyan sat in the driver's seat, and Shen Beian sat next to her. Gu Nanyan spoke softly, explaining to Shen Beian the purpose of each button and how to drive.
Shen Beian was unusually attentive, listening carefully, nodding occasionally and asking his own questions from time to time.
All the questions were answered very well by Teacher Gu.
Gu Nanyan led Shen Bei'an on a quick tour around the bottom of Mubei Island. "An'an, do you want to try it yourself?" Gu Nanyan asked.
Shen Beian had been eager to try it out for a long time. “Come on!” he said, getting up quickly. Although the outfit looked complicated, it didn’t actually hinder his work.
"Yes, that's right. Take your time, no rush."
Under Gu Nanyan's guidance, Shen Beian also took a tour around the bottom of Mubei Island. "Phew..."
After going around once, thankfully there was air conditioning inside, but even so, Shen Beian had a few drops of sweat on his face.
Gu Nanyan gently wiped his face clean with a handkerchief. “An’an is great. You were so good on your first time. Once you’re more familiar with each other, An’an can bring Jingchen and the others to play.”
Gu Nanyan has never been stingy with his praise for Shen Bei'an, and this time was no exception.
Shen Beian then remembered that he had also visited the underwater tunnel and ridden in a submarine under Zhaojun's arrangement.
What did Yan Yan say back then?
None of those belong to An'an.
So, does his wife mean that all of these belong to him?
Nineteen submarines!
And this underwater tunnel.
"Um, Yan Yan, are those underwater tunnels and submarines my birthday presents?" Shen Beian was still a little unsure. He had seen people give submarines as gifts before, but he had never seen anyone give an underwater tunnel as a gift!
Gu Nanyan reiterated, "Of course it's for An'an. Otherwise, would I have just brought An'an here to play? Besides, the underwater tunnel is built under the sea of Mubei Island, and these submarines are all docked on Mubei Island. If they don't belong to An'an, then to whom do they belong?"
Shen Beian once again realized the ways in which wealthy people give gifts.
His wife's gift was a bit too extravagant, wasn't it?
"Let's go, An'an, to the last place." Gu Nanyan switched places with Shen Bei'an. Gu Nanyan drove the submarine back to its original spot, and led Shen Bei'an off the submarine. The plane was already waiting.
Shen Bei'an strode up to Gu Nan'an, facing her with her hands behind her back, and walked backwards following Gu Nan'an's steps. "Let me guess, is this the venue for my birthday party? I guess it's Biluo Xiaozhu, right?"
If we weren't at Biluo Xiaozhu, we probably wouldn't have spent the whole day taking him out to play, right?
Gu Nanyan just smiled and didn't say anything. "Careful!" Suddenly, Gu Nanyan rushed forward and grabbed Shen Bei'an. Shen Bei'an tripped over something on the beach and almost fell backward.
Fortunately, Gu Nanyan was there. When Shen Bei'an rushed into Gu Nanyan's arms, her heart raced and she felt dizzy for a moment.
Even without looking at Gu Nanyan, he knew that Gu Nanyan must be very angry right now, so he nestled in Gu Nanyan's arms and dared not speak.
Just as Shen Bei'an had expected, Gu Nan'an's face turned ashen.
The gentle yet intense sunlight shone on the two of them, casting an embracing shadow on the golden sand.
After a long while, Shen Beian cautiously tugged at Gu Nanyan's sleeve, "Yanyan, I know I was wrong, I won't... I won't do it the other way again next time..."
