Chapter 449 I am your book fan
Looking at Fang Li's surprised face, Han Xi's gloomy mood instantly dissipated. He said frivolously, "I'm a fan of your book."
“.......”
The words "book fan" sounded like a gentle whisper in her ear. Fang Li hugged the quilt and her ears softened instantly.
"you........"
Han Xi looked at their reflections in the glass and suddenly smiled: "Do whatever you want to do. No matter what happens, I'll always be behind you."
He whispered, "As long as you need."
The man spoke in a relaxed tone, but Fang Li still felt uneasy until they hung up the phone.
She sat on the bed and thought for a while, then opened her phone again and quickly checked her flight tickets before nervously falling asleep.
Early morning.
The huge hillside manor fell into endless silence.
The sound of a car engine came from afar and stopped in an open space not far from the main house.
Fang Li tossed and turned all night and finally fell asleep at daybreak. She turned over in her sleep and vaguely felt the mattress sink slightly.
Then a familiar cold breath lingered at the tip of his nose, like cedar mixed with a hint of metal, which was Han Xi's unique smell.
She subconsciously rubbed towards the source of heat and her forehead touched something hard.
"Did it wake you?"
This low voice made Xu Fangli wake up instantly.
She suddenly opened her eyes and saw Han Xi's face close to her, with a hint of tired tenderness in the cold morning light.
He lay on his side, one hand still on her waist, the collar of his black pajamas open, his collarbone white and clean, with a hint of coolness.
"you........?"
Xu Fangli's voice was hoarse, and she couldn't tell whether she was dreaming or awake.
The inexplicable noises in last night’s video are still vivid in her mind. She has even packed her luggage and is ready to fly to Singapore.
Han Xi stroked the faint dark circles under her eyes with his thumb. "I applied for a temporary flight a long time ago and will leave as soon as I finish my business."
He explained briefly, his voice hoarse from the long flight, "Just arrived an hour ago."
Only then did Fang Li notice that it was just dawn outside the window. The light blue morning light shone through the gauze curtains, creating a soft edge on Han Xi's outline.
His hair was still a little damp, as if he had just taken a shower, and his body was also a little wet from the shower.
"Why didn't you wake me up?"
She reached out and touched his face to make sure it wasn't an illusion.
The fingertips felt real warmth and the slightly prickly touch of stubble.
Han Xi grabbed her fingers and kissed her palm: "You look like you are sleeping soundly."
The corners of his lips curled up slightly, and he left with some reluctance, his lips moving slowly up along the porcelain-white wrist: "Besides...wouldn't it be more surprising to wake up like this?"
Fang Li suddenly remembered something and pulled back the quilt to check. Han Xi looked intact in his pajamas, with no new wounds or bandages.
She was stunned for a moment, then she let out a sigh of relief, then frowned again: "Those noises last night..."
Han Xi showed a hint of helplessness, as if nothing could deceive her.
"A little trouble."
Han Xi brushed it off lightly, holding her tighter with his arms, "It's been resolved."
Fang Li wanted to ask more questions, but Han Xi's lips had already pressed down, blocking all her questions.
The kiss was gentle and lingering, filled with the cherishment of a long-awaited reunion.
When she finally broke free, breathless, she found Han Xi looking at her with a smile, his obsidian eyes filled with morning light.
"I'm glad you're back." She whispered, her ears burning.
Han Xi chuckled softly, the vibration of his chest transmitting to her: "Have you missed me these days?"
Fang Li deliberately curled her lips: "What do you think?"
She couldn't help but snuggle into his arms, like a cat making sure its territory was safe, and wrapped her arms around his thin waist: "Next time you go on a business trip, tell me your itinerary in advance."
"how?"
Han Xi looked down at her and curled his lips: "Mrs. Han, do you want your husband to follow your lead?"
Fang Li buried her little face in his chest and said nothing.
After a moment, the man's chest vibrated and he slowly responded.
"good."
Han Xi nodded seriously, "From now on, no matter where I go, I will take A-li with me and won't let her stay alone in her empty room."
Fang Li pursed her lips and smiled softly.
She suddenly opened her mouth and bit the man's chest.
Below her lips, the man's body suddenly tensed up.
Fang Li's expression flickered and she quickly let go, but it was too late.
The next moment, the world was spinning, and the desires that had been suppressed for a long time came flooding back.
The slightly cool room in the early morning was gradually filled with a hot and lingering heat wave.
The morning light gradually turned golden, and the room became brighter.
When the heat subsided, the manor had returned to its former life, and the sounds of servants chatting and working could be heard from below.
Finally, she was extremely tired and slept until after ten o'clock. Fang Li woke up slowly. When she woke up, the man next to her was still sleeping.
Ever since they've been together, the number of times I've woken up in the morning and seen a man has become so rare that I can count them on one hand.
Seeing the man's peaceful sleeping face, Fang Li actually felt a little uncomfortable.
She carefully turned around and faced the man.
Her eyes moved down from his curled eyelashes, across his high nose bridge, and finally landed on the thin lips that made her want to die.
Thinking of the madness of the two of them last night... no, this morning, Fang Li's cheeks couldn't help but feel hot.
She raised her hand and gently touched the corner of the man's lips. Suddenly, his thin lips opened quickly and her fingers were bitten by the two wet touches.
Slightly itchy, no pain.
"What...are you doing?" Fang Li's heartbeat suddenly accelerated.
Han Xi followed her gaze, flicking his tongue lightly before releasing it: "We've caught a thief with bad intentions."
"What nonsense are you talking about? Who is the thief?"
"Huh? Did I say it was you? Why are you angry, Ali?"
“.......”
Seeing the man pretending to be innocent, Fang Li pinched his arm angrily, but he turned over and pinned her under him.
Han Xi looked down at her condescendingly, the morning light formed a halo behind him, as if he had been plated with a layer of gold.
"Or was it that Ali didn't eat enough last night?"
He leaned over and whispered in her ear, his hot breath spraying on Fang Li's earlobe, making her hair stand on end: "Han Xi! You...you..."
Fang Li talked to you for a long time, but you still couldn't make sense of it.
Until her stomach suddenly made a loud protest, they were both stunned at the same time, and then Han Xi laughed out loud, his forehead resting against her shoulder and shaking.
"What are you laughing at!"
Fang Li blushed and hit him. "It's all because of you. You suddenly started the video call and didn't explain clearly. I was so worried that I didn't even have dinner last night..."
Han Xi immediately stopped laughing and frowned: "Why don't you eat?"
"The sounds in the video are clearly wrong, and you're trying to cover it up... How can anyone not be worried?"
Han Xi's expression softened instantly.
