Chapter 535: Forcing Her to Take Contraceptive Pills
Song Yuchen's hand froze in mid-air. He looked at the man who came in step by step, holding up his hand and involuntarily stepped back.
Han Xi was still dressed in all black, with no expression on his face at the moment. He exuded a biting coldness, even colder than this desolate mining area.
He walked towards Song Yuchen step by step, and every step seemed to be stepping on Song Yuchen's heart.
Song Yuchen was so scared that he retreated again and again until he was backed into a corner with no way to retreat.
He looked at the man in front of him who looked like a hellish Shura, and his voice trembled: "Han Xi...you...what do you want to do?"
Han Xi stopped and looked down at him, the disgust and coldness in his eyes almost tortured Song Yuchen to death.
"Song Yuchen, for everything you did to A-Li, I will make you pay it back bit by bit, double."
His voice was not loud, but it was filled with unquestionable ruthlessness. It echoed in the empty factory, making Song Yuchen feel as if he had fallen into an ice cellar.
The wind from the mining area carried dust and sand, howling across the iron roofs of the abandoned factories, like countless wronged souls wailing in the cold wind.
Han Xi didn't even turn his head, and took the Swiss Army knife handed to him by Jiang Bei with his bony fingers. The anti-slip grooves on the handle touched his palm, giving him a cool touch.
With a light "click", the iron door of the factory was locked from the outside, and the dull sound of the lock echoed in the empty space.
Jiang Bei and two bodyguards were guarding outside the door. The three of them stood with their backs straight as pine trees and expressionless faces in the flying dust.
Only Han Xi and Song Yuchen were left in the room, and the air was filled with a pungent smell of rust and dust.
Song Yuchen collapsed in the corner, his terrified eyes fixed on the knife in Han Xi's hand. The blade shone coldly in the light coming through the crack in the door, like some kind of death warrant.
"What are you going to do?!"
Song Yuchen's voice was shaking, and the sound of his teeth chattering was particularly clear in the silent factory.
He pressed his back against the mottled concrete wall, trying to find a sense of security on this cold wall, but the rough surface hurt his shoulder blades and he could only watch in vain as the man approached step by step.
Han Xi slowly turned around, the saber made a neat circle between his fingers, and the tip of the knife hung down at his side.
There was a terrifying murderous aura surging in his eyes. His eyes, which were originally as deep as a pool, now looked like an ice-hardened blade. Every inch of his gaze that fell on Song Yuchen seemed to be torturing his skin.
"What? Are you scared now?"
Han Xi's voice was low and hoarse, as if it had been rubbed with sandpaper. "You weren't like this last night on the hotel rooftop."
Song Yuchen's Adam's apple rolled violently, and cold sweat slid down his temples, soaking his collar.
Only then did he realize that Han Xi had gone to great lengths to get him out of the police station not to let him go, but to settle the blood debt in his own way.
"Han Xi, you can't do this!"
Song Yuchen suddenly raised his voice, trying to embolden himself by citing the law. "Illegal detention is against the law! Let me go back! I want to go back to the police station!"
Han Xi suddenly laughed softly, and there was endless cruelty in that laughter, which made Song Yuchen's scalp tingle.
"Illegal?"
He approached step by step, the tip of the saber flashing a cold light in the dim light. "Why didn't you consider breaking the law when you attacked Ali?"
Song Yuchen's body was shaking violently. He looked at the undisguised murderous intent in Han Xi's eyes and finally couldn't hold up his inner defenses.
There was a sobbing tone in her voice: "I was wrong... Han Xi, I really know I was wrong... Please let me go this time, I will never dare to do it again..."
"Let you go?"
Han Xi suddenly leaned over, grabbed Song Yuchen by the collar, and threw him against the wall.
There was a dull "bang" sound, and Song Yuchen groaned in pain, his vision going dark.
Han Xi's face was only a few centimeters away from him. Those deep eyes were filled with turbulent waves, and every word he said was heartbreaking. "Then let me ask you, did Ah Li ask you for mercy last night? And how did you treat her then?"
His voice suddenly rose, filled with devastating anger: "Did you know she was pregnant? Did you know that your little actions almost made me lose her and our child at the same time?"
Song Yuchen was frightened by the madness in his eyes. He opened his mouth and wanted to say something, but could only make hoarse gasps.
He did guess that Fang Li might be pregnant, otherwise he would not have forced her to take birth control pills so cruelly, but he did not expect things to come to this point.
Han Xi looked at his terrified expression, with a cold arc at the corner of his mouth.
He suddenly let go of his hand, and Song Yuchen slid to the ground like a puddle of mud.
Immediately afterwards, Han Xi grabbed the saber with his backhand and stabbed Song Yuchen's thigh without hesitation.
With a "swish", the sound of the sharp blade entering the flesh was particularly harsh in the silent factory.
"ah--!"
Song Yuchen let out a heart-wrenching scream, his face instantly turned as pale as paper, and beads of cold sweat rolled down his forehead, soaking his hair.
Blood gushed out of the wound, soon forming a glaring red pool on the ground.
Han Xi drew out his saber, bringing up a string of blood beads.
He watched Song Yuchen struggling in pain on the ground. There was no mercy in his deep pupils, only surging murderous intent and violence.
He remembered what Xu Fangye said and Fang Li's pale face, and his anger grew even stronger.
"So you guessed she was pregnant a long time ago? That's why you were so eager to destroy our child?"
Han Xi squatted down and patted Song Yuchen's cheek with the side of his saber. His tone was calm, but it was filled with chilling cruelty.
Song Yuchen's whole body was convulsing in pain. He opened his mouth and squeezed out a few words with difficulty: "I... I was wrong... Forgive me..."
"Forgive you?"
Han Xi's eyes sharpened, and he raised the saber in his hand again, moving it up along Song Yuchen's side, with the tip of the knife gently resting on his abdomen.
"Song Yuchen, I have forgiven you many times."
"When you treated Ah Li like that, do you know how many times I wanted to kill you? If I hadn't been in the right position to do that back then, do you think you'd still be alive today?"
Song Yuchen gasped in pain.
Han Xi: "You made Ah Li suffer so much, how could I let you go? I will make you pay back a thousandfold!"
Another knife stabbed down, not deep, but enough to make Song Yuchen feel the pain deep in his bones.
His eyes went dark and he almost fainted from the pain.
But after a few seconds, he woke up again in pain when Han Xi twisted the knife handle.
"Don't think you can faint so easily. Your suffering is not over yet."
Han Xi's voice sounded like a call from hell.
