Pour out the remaining oil in the pot, leaving only a little oil at the bottom of the pot, add the chopped carrots, ginger, green onion, and garlic slices, stir-fry evenly, then pour in the prepared sweet and sour sauce and stir-fry over high heat.

When the sweet and sour sauce in the pot is fried until thick, pour the fried meat into the pot and stir-fry for a few times.
