"Mr. Lu, you're actually free today."
Wen Ning had just finished her shower and was lying in bed when Lu Shiyan called. She raised her eyebrows slightly when she answered the call, and then teased him in a lazy tone.
"Yes, I called you. Even if I'm not free, I'll be free soon." After hearing her voice, Lu Shiyan relaxed completely, and all the fatigue of the day disappeared at this moment.

Wen Ning said without fear at all, because she knew that he was too busy to come and stop her. What's more, it was already night time, and if he came like this, they might both be on the headlines tomorrow.
The paparazzi would probably write something like: "Jinghua Master Lu charges for love, squatting downstairs of the Wen family villa in the middle of the night." Or, "The Wen family's daughter threw a tantrum and broke up with Lu Shiyan." Any number of random headlines would be expected.
"You are so arrogant, be careful or I will punish you."

Lu Shiyan was immediately amused by her and said in a rather doting tone, "Stop making trouble."
"Okay." Wen Ning replied pitifully.
"Be normal."

"Did you see Nan Yi today?" Lu Shiyan went straight to the point. Nan Yi, that idiot, had sent such a strange message today that he was speechless. He really couldn't figure out what was going on in his head. What he couldn't understand even more was why he listened to him and asked her in the middle of the night. He must be mentally ill because he dared to believe that they had absolutely no relationship. How could he not know whether she was or not?
"Nan Yi? No. What's wrong?" Wen Ning was stunned at first, then a little surprised. She thought hard, she hadn't run into him at all that day. Could it be that he saw her? But even if he saw her, what difference would it make?
