In July 1987, the Russian Federation's first interstellar ship, the Kirov Galaxy Destroyer, was put into service. In the same year, the United States completed the development of the New World Galaxy Frigate.
By 1989, the two sides had established eight major fleets with a total of 230 galactic ships, whose maximum range of activity could reach two light-years outside the solar system.
In March of the same year, humans discovered highly intelligent life within the Centaurus galaxy. This was the first time an alien civilization with intelligence and technology surpassing humans was discovered.
To advance Earth's technology, eight nations possessing interstellar battleships signed a mutual assistance pact with the Centauri system. Since then, Earth has fully entered the realm of a Level 1 civilization and is well on its way to becoming a Level 2 civilization!
However, little did they know that all this was just the beginning of a nightmare!
In November of the same year, an unknown, rogue starship civilization, possessing the strength of a Level 1.5 civilization, suddenly launched an invasion of the Centaurus system. Since the Centaurus system is only 4.2 light-years from Earth, and in accordance with the principle of "lips and teeth are cold", Earth sent troops to support it in February 1990, with the vanguard being Russia's Third Star Fleet.
However, humans underestimated the gap of 0.5-level civilization. In just one week, the Third Galaxy Fleet was completely destroyed, with the loss of 29 galactic battleships, including 4 Typhoon-class battlecruisers.
After four years of hard fighting, the Centauri system fell, and the Soviet Union also disintegrated during this period, with Russia taking over most of its assets and ships.
A total of more than 300 interstellar warships from Earth participated in the war, and a total of 73 were destroyed.
At the end of 1994, an unknown wandering civilization of starships jumped into the solar system through unknown means and began to invade.

In June of the same year, the invading civilization launched a new round of attacks, destroying two aerospace defense bases protecting Earth. They then used long-range cluster artillery to bombard Earth, but the Moon blocked most of the attacks.
This attack not only caused huge casualties to humans on Earth, but also formed countless craters of various sizes on the surface of the moon.
In late 1997, the Moon became a battlefield, destined to completely destroy human civilization. In this critical moment, Earth mobilized its forces. Young people from around the world participated in this most brutal interstellar war. Even students born in the 1980s and 1990s put down their books, picked up weapons they had never used before, and prepared to fight to the death!
But the chances of winning this war are very slim!
In early 1998, faced with a protracted siege, the invading civilization once again sent reinforcements, this time with as many as 400 warships.
The only major fleets left on Earth are the First Galaxy Fleet of the Eagle, the Second Fleet of Russia, and the Fuxi Fleet of the Rabbit.
The Battle for the Moon was the most brutal interstellar war humanity had ever encountered, and countless young men had died. Although humanity's three major fleets destroyed the enemy's harbors, they also suffered a fierce counterattack.
