"Is it this time? The Jedi should be mostly dead by now, right? The resistance groups everywhere are in disarray, while the Empire is at its peak strength. It's certain that if we launch an uprising now, no one will respond until we show some results."
Chang Wei murmured and immediately ordered the intelligence officer to conduct a detailed analysis of this time point.
Soon, a compiled intelligence report was delivered to Chang Wei. As Chang Wei flipped through it, he was also thinking about his plan.
"Right now, it should be the stage of the TV series 'Obi-Wan Kenobi.' To avoid being hunted by the Imperial Inquisition and to protect the young Luke, Obi-Wan is probably still hiding on the planet Tatooine. Despite being at the lowest point in his life, he still hasn't given up hope. Instead, he waits for Luke to grow up, ready to teach him how to become a Jedi Knight."
"Then the official storyline will unfold as it did nine years later, with Luke gradually becoming a legendary Jedi, going through various adventures, and finally leading the Rebellion against the Empire. He experienced the trilogy of A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi, becoming the strongest MVP of the Star Wars series."
"However, Order 66 and the creation of the Inquisition were undoubtedly huge successes. By the end of the trilogy, there were very few Jedi left. Luke ultimately tried to found a new Jedi Order, but he failed. By the time of The Rise of Skywalker, the Jedi had become a legend, questioned by countless people, and Rey was the last known Jedi!"
"Therefore, if we want to complete the mission issued by the system, save the remaining Jedi Knights, and then rebuild the Jedi Order based on them, we must intervene now. Otherwise, in the future, the decline of the Jedi will be doomed to be irreversible!"
"So how many Jedi are left alive now?"
Chang Wei paused to think and looked at the analysis report, which listed the Jedi who might still be alive.
First up is Obi-Wan Kenobi, the "God of Highlander," a legendary Jedi who played a key role in the Star Wars prequels: The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, and Revenge of the Sith. He lived from A New Hope to 2 years before the Battle of Yavin.
The second is Luke Skywalker, the protagonist of the official trilogy, who is now just a ten-year-old kid in a farmer's family.
Third is Luke's twin sister, Leia Organa. Although she possessed Jedi talent, she stopped her training when she foresaw her future son's fall to the dark side. She's likely still on Alderaan, serving as Princess of Alderaan.
Fourth, there's Yoda. As the head of the Jedi Council and the highest honored Grand Master of the Jedi Order, he's also a legend throughout the Star Wars prequel trilogy. After failing to defeat Palpatine in single combat, Yoda was exiled to Dagobah, where he remained isolated until Luke's arrival in The Empire Strikes Back, where he began training with him.
Fifth, we have Ahsoka Tano. She was Anakin Skywalker's apprentice in "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" and one of the few Jedi Knights to survive Order 66. After Order 66, Ahsoka fought to survive and fought the Empire whenever possible, eventually becoming Fulcrum, a Rebel informant. Eighteen years later, in "The Mandalorian," it was confirmed that she was still alive. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
Sixth, Ezra Bridger. A Force-sensitive, he had no formal training before meeting Kanan Jarros, but he possessed a strong sensitivity to the Force, even using it unconsciously while living on the streets of Lothal. His whereabouts remain unknown after the end of Star Wars Rebels.
Seventh, Kanan Jarros. Kanan Jarros, born Caleb Dume, was a Jedi Knight who survived Order 66. Kanan spent years in hiding until he met Hera Syndulla in Star Wars Rebels and joined her rebel group, the Ghost. This led to his encounter with Ezra Bridger, who took him under his wing. Kanan then spent several years training Ezra and fighting against the Empire until his death protecting his friend during the Battle of Yavin. This means he could still be saved, and is likely among the Ghost rebels.
Eighth, Cal Kestis. He's also a Jedi Knight who survived Order 66. In the game Star Wars: Fallen Order, after years in hiding, he embarks on an adventure 14 years before the Battle of Yavin, alongside Chel Jondar and the spacecraft Mantis, navigating the Holocron, a secret temple belonging to Jedi Master Enno. At the end of Fallen Order, he's still alive, but his whereabouts are unknown.
Ninth, Chel Jonda. Chel Jonda severed her connection to the Force to protect herself from the dark side, but when Cal Kestis was in danger, she ultimately overcame her fears, reconnected with the Force, and became a Jedi Knight by the end of Fallen Order. Like Cal, Chel hasn't been seen since Fallen Order, likely going into hiding with Cal, using an assumed name.
Tenth, Grogu. Grogu and Master Yoda belong to the same species, naturally extremely sensitive to the Force and enduring a long lifespan. Grogu is the baby from the TV series "The Mandalorian." At this point, Grogu would have been a Jedi teenager, roughly the equivalent of 4 to 9 years old in human form. His current whereabouts are unknown, but Master Yoda, being of the same species, would undoubtedly know his whereabouts.
In addition, the Jedi survivors of this time period include Nak Mead, Quinlan Voss, Calvin Coley, Opal Rancis, Coleman Kaye and Serlachi Eluos, who I will not introduce in detail here.
After reading the intelligence analysis, Chang Wei immediately made a judgment.
"These surviving Jedi must gather together. Whether it's to complete the system's rescue mission, save their lives, or return a bright hope to this universe, I must try my best."
"Now, dispatch the Griffin and the Wanderer-class strategic cloud sea ship to locate them and establish contact. The main fleet will head directly to Alderaan, where Princess Leia Organa is."
There is a reason why Chang Wei did this.
Princess Leia Organa's adopted father was Senator Bail Organa, the future leader of the Rebel Alliance. If they could reach out and strike a deal, they would not only gain their strong support but also secure a stable base.
By then, with Senator Bail Organa's prestige as a guarantee, the banner of rebellion raised by the Light Chaser Fleet would receive a massive response, setting off a wave of revolution throughout the Empire!
"All troops, immediately obtain the star map, build a route, and head to Alderan!"
