A day later, the Tenth Fleet of the Expeditionary Force led by Chang Wei docked at a forging world of the Human Empire to begin replenishment. He finally had some free time and had time to check briefings on other fronts.
The First Fleet worked closely with the awakened Lion King, Primarch Llane Johnson, and led the army and the Dark Angels to encircle and annihilate the aliens in the surrounding star fields and the large number of Chaos traitors in hiding.

The Fourth Fleet, led by Primarch Rogal Dorn, and the Imperial Fists, marched across the entire Ultima Segmentum. Reconnaissance by the Cat-Dog Fury Legion led them to contact the Tau Empire on the far eastern border. The Tau's "Greater Good" evoked strong sentiments among the Cat-Dog Fury commanders, but this also led to a significant disagreement with Rogal Dorn.
