written request for leave

July 18th, sunny.

We are finally approaching the hospital. My safe house is only five blocks away from the hospital. Before the zombie crisis, it would have taken only half an hour to get there, but now it took me ten full days.

The zombies wandering the streets, the zombies that have evolved minds, the zombies disguised as humans... they are all obstacles. The armed team has turned into zombies, and only the doctor and I are left.

During this period, he was also involved in an internal fight between two groups of survivors. It is incomprehensible that he still wanted to fight for power in such a situation. Wouldn't it be better for him to learn from me and write novels?

Fortunately, I was smart and managed to escape with the doctor before the fight attracted the zombies. I wonder how many people from both groups could survive after this incident.

This is no longer something I can consider. The most important thing at this moment is to go to the hospital and explore the secrets of zombies.

It's so strange. I was in such a hurry when I left the hospital before that I didn't notice anything unusual about the hospital. Now I see that the hospital is really strange.

The hospital doesn't even have an iron fence around it, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to escape so easily. This doesn't make sense.

And there were no zombies approaching the hospital, as if there was something scary inside.

The doctor and I both noticed something was wrong, so we decided to stay in the building opposite the hospital for the night to observe the hospital's progress and discuss a plan of action.

Strange, is it my fault? Someone has left the hospital and the wandering zombies are indifferent.

It seems that tonight is destined to be a sleepless night and I probably won’t be able to write the novel.
