Xiaodie kept bringing dishes out of the kitchen.
Qin Luo looked at the table full of dishes and said, "Tell Dou Dou not to serve any more food; we can't finish it all."
Wang Guiyi stood to the side cracking sunflower seeds. He waved his hand and said, "Master Dao, it's alright. Old Zhao and I will eat what you can't finish. It won't be a waste."
"Come and eat with us."
Qin Luo said with a smile.
Wang Guiyi looked at Xiao Tao, hesitant to make a decision. Old Zhao waved his hand with a rag, "Master, I've already eaten."
Qin Luo said in a kind voice, "Just think of it as having a late-night snack, let's have some fun together."
Old Zhao didn't know whether to refuse or agree. He looked at Xiao Tao, who knew that Qin Luo was serious.
Seeing Xiao Tao nod, Wang Guiyi immediately sat down next to Xuan Qing. Seeing Xuan Qing reading Buddhist scriptures, he widened his eyes and asked with curiosity, "The Surangama Sutra, this is Mahayana Buddhism, can you understand it?"
"I can understand a little bit."
Xuanqing blinked innocently.
Wang Guiyi looked shocked. "I've been reading this for two years and I still don't understand a thing. It turns out there really are child prodigies."
Qin Luo sized up Wang Guiyi. "You don't look very old. Why did you come to Qinghe Tower?"

Wang Guiyi chuckled.
Aren't you afraid your family will worry?
“My father came to see me and saw me at Qinghelou, so he made me work here to pay off my debts.”
"That's good."
Old Zhao stood there bewildered, while Xiao Tao pulled his arm. "Old Zhao, sit down. It's alright. Dao Ye is very kind. They won't make things difficult for you."
Qin Luo said with a smile, "Yes, Lao Zhao, we're all on the same side, relax."
Xiao Tao winked playfully and said sweetly, "Master Dao, don't let Old Zhao's quiet demeanor fool you. When he's drunk, he talks a lot. I usually don't let him drink."
"Sister Tao, can we drink today?"
"Yes, of course!"
Xiao Tao immediately went to the wine cellar and brought out some fine wine that had been stored for many years. She noticed that the dishes on the table were still untouched and asked in confusion, "Master Dao, why aren't you eating?"
Qin Luo said softly, "We're waiting for Dou Dou."
People who eat rarely wait for the cook. Xiao Tao could feel that Qin Luo truly treated them as family. Holding back her tears, she said, "Xiao Die, go and urge Dou Dou."
"Uh-huh."
Xiaodie turned and ran towards the kitchen.
Before long, DouDou brought out steamed fish and XiaoDie brought out mung bean and pork rib soup. Eight dishes and two soups—Qin Luo hadn't seen such a lavish spread in a long time.
"I didn't prepare anything for tonight. I didn't know Master Dao was coming. I'll go grocery shopping tomorrow and cook something delicious for him." Dou Dou has an ordinary appearance, but her smile is radiant.
Qin Luo said seriously, "We originally planned to rest here for a couple more days, but if you continue like this, we might have to leave tomorrow."
DouDou covered her mouth and shook her head repeatedly, "Master Dao, please don't go. Please stay here and play for a few more days. I'll do whatever you say."

DouDou immediately beamed with joy.
Xiaodie and Xiaotao sat together, while Doudou and Lao Zhao sat together. Seeing that everyone seemed quite nervous, Qin Luo took the initiative to raise his glass and said with a light laugh, "Let's have a drink together."

"You are not allowed to drink alcohol."

Everyone raised their glasses at the same time, and the table was filled with laughter. Xuanqing placed the Surangama Sutra on the stool next to him, picked up his chopsticks, picked up some fish and meat, and ate his food without saying a word.

DouDou raised her head and said, "Now I finally know why Buddha has so many bumps on his head."
Wang Guiyi asked curiously, "Why?"
DouDou raised an eyebrow. "She must have been reprimanded."
"Hahaha!"
Wang Guiyi was amused.
Qin Luo and Hua Ying exchanged a smile.
Xuanqing looked at Qin Luo with a face full of doubt, "Big brother, is what Sister Doudou said true?"
Qin Luo shook his head. "I don't know."
Xiao Tao said respectfully, "Master Dao, Young Master Chu visited Qinghe Tower half a year ago. He said that if there are any happy events in the future, he would like to ask us to help."
“Young Master Chu must have some good news!” Dou Dou said earnestly, “Master Dao, if you have any good news in the future, you must come and find us. I can still cook.”
"That's for sure."
Qin Luo gave a thumbs up, "Your cooking skills are excellent."
Hua Ying could sense the meaning behind Xiao Tao's words. The corners of her mouth lifted slightly. She rarely saw Qin Luo so happy. If they returned to Longhu Temple, he would definitely be even happier.
Wang Guiyi raised his wine cup. "Master Daoist, do you think I can go with you to the Dragon Tiger Temple to become your disciple?"
