Zhou Qing scratched his head, his smile simple and honest. "Master Qin, can cultivating these things lead to immortality?"
"cannot!"
Qin Luo shook his head.
Zhou Qing answered truthfully, "I only want to live forever, so I won't waste time cultivating these things."
Hua Ying asked softly, "Why do you want to live forever?"
“When I was a child, I saw an old man from my village pass away. I saw him being put in a narrow coffin. From that time on, I have been afraid of death, afraid of darkness, afraid of the afterlife, and afraid that the world will leave me.” Zhou Qing continued, “Master Qin, don’t laugh at me, but I even feel that the world exists because I am alive. For the sake of this world, for everything I care about, I must live well.”
Qin Luo thought it made sense, and he nodded with a smile, "We all have a world."
Xuanqing opened the Buddhist scripture and murmured softly, "This is the true Three Thousand Worlds."
"Master Qin, I'll go out for a bit."
Zhou Qing left the bamboo house again.
Hua Ying said softly, "There aren't many people like him who are so pure in their cultivation."
Qin Luo nodded in agreement and asked with a smile, "This scallion pancake gets more and more fragrant the more you chew it, do you want some?"
"You guys eat."
Hua Ying preferred watching them eat.
A moment later, Zhou Qing returned to the bamboo house and said with a simple smile, "Master Qin, I've cleared out the bamboo house on the north side for you. It's the room you used to sleep in."
Qin Luo cupped his hands in thanks and said, "Thank you so much."
"It's no trouble at all."
Zhou Qing smiled naturally.
At night, Qin Luo and his friends came to the courtyard to cool off. The Milky Way was shining brightly overhead, and the bamboo forest was dotted with fluorescent lights.
A cool evening breeze blew into the courtyard, bringing indescribable comfort. Xuanqing and Xiaodie circled around the fireflies in the courtyard. Half an hour later, Zhou Qing yawned. Qin Luo could sense his drowsiness and said with a smile, "It's getting late, let's go and rest."
Zhou Qing usually goes to bed early, but since Qin Luo and the others came, she stayed up until now.
There were only three beds in the room. Qin Luo rubbed Xuan Qing's head and said, "Let's squeeze in and sleep together tonight."
"Big brother, I like to wet the bed. You can sleep with Fairy Sister." Xuan Qing lay on the bed in a starfish shape.
Hua Ying thought Xuan Qing was sensible. She looked at Qin Luo and snorted, "Don't look at me, I'm sleeping with Xiao Die."
"That's what I meant too."
Qin Luo said with a smile.

early morning.
Zhou Qing got up early.
He wanted to make breakfast for Qin Luo and the others.
After leaving the room, Zhou Qing realized that Qin Luo and the others had left. He saw a few things in the bamboo house where they drank tea.
A book, a red stone, a piece of cured meat, and a handkerchief embroidered with butterflies.
Zhou Qing knew that these were left behind by Qin Luo and the others. He immediately ran out, but in the thick fog, he had no idea which way they went and didn't even have a chance to thank them.
"Master Qin, thank you!"
The clouds and mist in the mountains and forests rippled.
Zhou Qing returned to the bamboo house and picked up the book Qin Luo had left behind; the handwriting on it was still fresh.
"Meditation breathing technique".
Zhou Qing knew this was a good thing. He put the meditation breathing method in his pocket, hummed a folk song, and went out with his hoe on his shoulder.

The mountain path winds and twists, with many wildflowers on both sides. Xuanqing picked a small yellow flower and gave it to Xiaodie, saying, "Sister Xiaodie, this little flower is for you."
"Thanks."
Little Butterfly placed the small yellow flower on her head.
Is it pretty?
"nice."
Xuanqing pointed to the high place and grinned, "Sister Xiaodie, there are fruit trees ahead, let's go pick some fruit."
Xiao Die and Xuan Qing were as light as swallows; in the blink of an eye, they ran to a distance. Qin Luo and Hua Ying smiled at each other; with them around, the journey became much more lively.
Hua Ying suddenly stopped in her tracks. Qin Luo noticed her furrowed brows and asked curiously, "What's wrong?"
"I suddenly have a bad feeling."
Hua Ying looked into the distance, "It's the aura of a demon."
Qin Luo looked in the direction of Hua Ying's gaze, his brows furrowing slightly. "It's in the direction of Fengmo Mountain."
Hua Ying nodded, somewhat puzzled, and said, "There are no signs of demon activity around here. The seal must have loosened, which is why I was able to sense the aura of demons."
Qin Luo frowned and murmured softly, "I strengthened the seal when I passed through Fengmo Mountain back then, and only ten years have passed. The seal should be fine."
"There may be other unforeseen circumstances."
"Then let's go take a look."
Qin Luo quickened his pace, no longer appreciating the scenery along the way. Hua Ying saw his anxious look and smiled gently, "Don't worry, that demon hasn't left Fengmo Mountain."

"It's a ghost!!!"
Xuanqing shouted loudly.
Qin Luo watched as Xuan Qing and Xiao Die ran towards him.
A short while after Hua Ying left, a white-haired woman dressed in black appeared on the mountain path. She wore a demon mask and exuded a powerful aura. Xuan Qing and Xiao Die both possessed considerable strength, but they were both intimidated by the demon mask and quickly hid behind Qin Luo.
"Miss Jiang."
Qin Luo greeted him with a smile.
Jiang Li raised her pale, slender hand and took off her mask. Her face was very red and covered with many scars, as if she had been burned, making her look somewhat frightening.
"Master Qin, what a coincidence."
