"I remember now, fourth brother, isn't this...?"
Lu Yanci interrupted him, a threat hidden in his eyes: "What are you doing here?"
"I...we..." He interrupted, Jin Sheng hesitated for a few seconds, and then slowly realized, "My son hasn't been feeling well these past two days. He has a cold that hasn't gotten better. I just went to the hospital to get some medicine and came back. The child was asking for toys, so I thought I'd buy some while I was walking around here."

"Thank you, Auntie." Jin Yuantao grinned, revealing two rows of silver teeth. "Auntie, can I have a Transformer?"
"Of course you can."
The group headed towards the checkout area.
Qin Yue and Yan Xin led the child ahead.
The two men pushing shopping carts lagged behind by two steps.
Jin Sheng lowered his voice and asked, "What's going on?"
Lu Yanci's gaze remained fixed on the person in front of him, and he said in a barely audible voice, "As you can see, you are very lucky to be with the person you love."
He clicked his tongue lightly: "Although you were the youngest in the dormitory when we were in school, you were only a year younger than us."

“I just booked a restaurant online, let’s have dinner together,” Yan Xin said.
Lu Yanci looked at Qin Yue.
Qin Yue looked back without saying a word, clearly letting him make the decision himself.
"We bought the ingredients and plan to eat at home. We'll reschedule this meal for another day."
"Okay, let's get together again next time."
As the group parted, Jin Sheng seized the opportunity to say to Lu Yanci, "Congratulations, I hope to drink your wedding wine soon."
"Thank you for your kind words." A look of emotion flashed in Lu Yanci's eyes. He wanted to invite everyone to this wedding banquet more than anyone else.
Back at their place, Qin Yue lazily nestled on the sofa, not wanting to move at all, while Lu Yanci was busy in the kitchen.

When he finished his work and came out of the kitchen, he saw the person who had been sitting on the sofa watching TV lying on his side with a blanket draped over him, breathing evenly, clearly asleep.
He tiptoed closer, turned off the TV, and carefully picked the person up. Just as he was about to walk towards the bedroom, the person in his arms slowly woke up.

"Is dinner ready?" she asked in a muffled voice.

"If I keep sleeping, I probably won't be able to sleep tonight."
Qin Yue patted him, signaling him to put her down.
Qin Yue went to the bathroom to wash her face, and when she came out, the food was already on the table.
