Chapter 502: Be patient

Princess Xuan stepped forward and angrily scolded the guards beside her: "What are you still standing there for! Hurry and pull the princess up!"

Seeing so many people, a group of guards immediately squatted by the lake in panic, ready to reach out and pull Princess Yongping. However, when they thought of what Princess Yongping had just said, their expressions froze again, and they quickly handed over the scabbards on their waists: "Princess, hold on tight!"

When Princess Yongping saw so many people coming, she instantly felt more confident and was not so panicked anymore. She grabbed the scabbard and was lifted ashore by the guard.

Princess Xuan then glared at Ji Changying coldly: "I don't know how Yongping offended Princess Hehua, so much so that you couldn't even stand looking at your own nine-year-old cousin. You threw Yongping into the lake in such cold weather! You are committing murder!"

Before Ji Changying could say anything, Zhou angrily pushed through the crowd, rushed over, grabbed Princess Yongping who had just stood firm, and slapped her: "It was you, a little brat, who bullied my Xiaochuan and had him pushed into the lake?"

Princess Xuan was stunned. No one else expected Zhou to behave like this. Even Emperor Mingde and Jiang Qianruo looked at Zhou in astonishment.

No one expected that an adult would do such a thing to a child.

Princess Yongping was already filled with anger, and she didn't expect to be slapped in the face the moment they met. Seeing Zhou holding her, she immediately kicked Zhou twice in anger: "Crazy woman! Let me go!"

Princess Xuan also reacted at this moment, rushed forward to pull Zhou's arm, and screamed, "What are you doing? Let Yongping go!"

Princess Xuan's weak hand was like tickling Zhou, and she impatiently slapped Princess Xuan in the face, knocking her to the ground.

"What are you yelling about? I don't think anyone who raises a daughter like this is a good person! Your daughter had someone push my Xiaochuan into the lake, and I haven't even settled the score with you yet, and now you come and harm my daughter again! Get out of the way, I'll beat up this brat first, and then I'll beat you! No one can escape!"

Princess Xuan was a little dazed after being beaten. She really didn't expect that someone could be so uncivilized and without any decency. Not only did he beat the child, he didn't even say a word of courtesy and slapped her!

The people around looked at Zhou in awe and shock.

God! What a god!

After saying this, Zhou pressed Princess Yongping onto her knees and raised her hand to slap her buttocks: "You little brat, since your parents can't control you, then I will! Will you dare to hurt others again in the future?"

"Do you still dare to strip a little girl's clothes? Do you still dare to bully others?"

The sound of "pa pa pa" was like one slap after another falling on Princess Yongping's face.

She was stunned for a few seconds, and when she felt the pain in her buttocks and saw out of the corner of her eye that several young ladies in the crowd had happy expressions on their faces, she completely collapsed.

"You vicious, crazy woman! How dare you do this to me? I'll have my grandmother kill all your clans! I'll send your entire family to hell! I'll cut off your head and use it as a stool, and you'll be reduced to an animal for the rest of your lives! Let me go..."

Princess Yongping kept cursing and struggling frantically on Zhou's legs, and the words she said were disgusting.

Emperor Mingde, who had been standing there watching, finally couldn't help but frown when he heard this: "How outrageous!"

The more harshly Princess Yongping cursed, the harder Zhou hit her.

Ji Changying stood aside with no intention of stopping it, and felt relaxed and comfortable watching it.

Princess Xuan stood up and rushed over, knocking Zhou off balance, and then took back Princess Yongping.

Princess Yongping, who had regained her freedom, was overwhelmed with anger. She looked around, then drew the big knife from the guard beside her and was about to chop at Zhou.

Ji Changying's face changed. He snatched the knife from her hand, grabbed her arm tightly and used his strength to pull it away.

With a "creak", Princess Yongping's arm could no longer be lifted, and it drooped limply to the side.

"Ping'er!" Princess Xuan exclaimed and quickly pulled Princess Yongping to check.

Her face turned pale, and she opened her mouth and burst into tears: "My arm is broken! Kill her! I want to kill her to compensate for my arm!"

Jiang Qianruo pulled out the sword of the guard next to him, swung it in front of Princess Xuan and Princess Yongping, and shouted angrily: "Shut up!"

Princess Yongping was so frightened by the noise that she shut her mouth. She looked at Emperor Mingde with tears in her eyes, tears hanging on her eyelashes, making her look a little pitiful.

But Emperor Mingde showed no mercy. He looked at Princess Yongping and shouted angrily, "You actually swung a knife at your aunt! Such a traitor! Come! Drag her away and deal with her after the banquet!"

Princess Xuan fell to her knees with a thud, "Father! I refuse to accept your innocence! It was Princess Hehua who threw Yongping into the lake, yet now you're trying to convict Yongping? How can this be justified?"

When Zhou heard this, her eyes glared and she stepped forward, pulling Princess Xuan's hair: "I'll beat you until you submit!"

“Ahhhhhhh!! Let me go!!”

Princess Xuan screamed.

Princess Yongping was furious: "Grandfather is biased! I want to ask Grandmother for her opinion!"

She ran towards Concubine Cui crying.

Concubine Cui had been silent, but when she heard Yongping running over, her face changed.

Jiang Qianruo looked at Zhou with a headache: "Yue'er! Stop!"

Zhou was riding on Princess Xuan's body. She stood up reluctantly after hearing Jiang Qianruo's words.

Emperor Mingde looked at Princess Yongping and flew into a rage. "You only have one grandmother by my side! Princess Xuan, where have you learned all the rules and etiquette of Yongping over the years? You're so ignorant that you should be locked up at home and reflect on yourself, lest you come out and embarrass yourself!"

"You all know what happened today. If you don't have the ability, then don't stir up trouble. Take her away! I don't want to say it again!"

Emperor Mingde's words were like a heavy slap in the face to Princess Xuan and Concubine Cui, and their expressions changed again and again.

"I don't want it! Grandma! Please help me vent my anger. She kicked me into the lake twice! Her brother only went into the lake once. She bullied me! Please help me!"

Princess Yongping grabbed Concubine Cui's hand and kept making a fuss, her eyes full of unwillingness.

Concubine Cui secretly breathed a sigh of relief, revealed an unsightly smile, and touched her head: "Yongping, be obedient. Grandmother will have someone take you to the side hall to change clothes, and then find an imperial physician to check your arm. Just bear with it for a while."

Just bear with it a little longer.

Princess Yongping looked at her in disbelief as her grandmother, who had always loved her, was so heartless as to have her taken away.

"You are all biased! You are all bad guys! You don't love Ping'er anymore!"

She was dragged away crying.
