Perhaps this poison was not cast by people from the Diverse Country.
But...it was voted by their own people.
To put it simply.
There is a spy in the military camp.
"Nephew, when did you discover that the soldiers were poisoned?"
"I discovered it shortly after arriving here."
"Has it never gotten better?"
"No."
"Hasn't a military doctor ever been poisoned?"
"No."
"Nephew, there might be something wrong with them." Jing Qiaoqiao held up her skirt and walked inside.
Her steps were too small and she was tired.
"Nephew, why don't you just carry me over there."
"Okay." The eldest nephew was considerate and picked up Jing Qiaoqiao in his arms.
Came to the military doctor's tent.
Jing Qiaoqiao asked to bring someone to reply.
"I didn't know the general was visiting..."
"Okay, don't you see the pretty little fairy sitting here?"
The eldest nephew leaned against the pillar and stared at Jing Qiaoqiao leisurely.
Jing Qiaoqiao slammed her chubby hands on her knees, her tone heavy.
"Tell me, who sent you?"
The two military doctors were startled and prostrated themselves in worship.
He firmly stated that he was his eldest nephew's subordinate.
"Is that so, nephew?"
The eldest nephew nodded: "That's right, little aunt."
"Oh, so many soldiers were poisoned, why are you two unharmed?"
When the two were about to make excuses, Jing Qiaoqiao raised her hand and scolded, “Don’t tell me that you two are doctors and can cure yourselves.
If that were the case, how could those soldiers die so often every day?"
The military doctor couldn't get used to it: "Wrong word choice, pretty little fairy."
The eldest nephew glanced at the military doctor with sharp eyes, "My aunt is still young, but she can speak fluently, which is already very powerful. Why are you talking nonsense? Do you want me to chop you down?"
The military doctor lowered his head and trembled.
"Oh, I know, the word 'a litter' isn't appropriate, but... there must be a batch, right?" Jing Qiaoqiao scratched her head with her little hand and looked at her nephew, "Is this word appropriate?"
"Aunt, don't worry about them. Whatever you say is right." The eldest nephew echoed and looked at Jing Qiaoqiao, with a frosty coldness in his eyes.
It seems like he is deliberately making things difficult for me.
Jing Qiaoqiao frowned and looked helplessly at the two kneeling military doctors.
"Tell me, who sent you?"
The two military doctors shook their heads and refused.
"If you don't tell me, I'll kill you."
The military doctor's fingers trembled and his teeth clenched tightly.
One person looked up unexpectedly: "I did it."
The eldest nephew asked, "Doctor Sun, I believe I have not offended you."
"You don't necessarily need a reason to make an enemy." The military doctor pulled a dagger from his sleeve, his eyes silent. "Even if you can detoxify him, it doesn't matter. General Jing's myth of invincibility is ultimately lost."
"Damn it!" Jing Qiaoqiao was so angry that she kicked the military doctor out.
The military doctor was weak and had no martial arts skills.
After being kicked by Jing Qiaoqiao, several of his teeth fell out.
"Nephew, kill him."
Just as the nephew was about to attack, Doctor Sun looked up to the sky and laughed, "You don't have to do anything. I've already taken the poison."
"So what if I took poison? I'll stab you again and your pain will double."
"I heard that the plague in Linzhou was solved thanks to the medicine given by the little immortal. I thought you were a kind-hearted kid.
Seeing him today, I know he has a venomous heart."
Jing Qiaoqiao snorted coldly, pursed her lips, and retorted: "What a joke, I didn't say I have a heart of a bodhisattva!"
She approached, her brows stern, “Besides, you are a military doctor, and because of a small matter, you dealt with General Jing who benefited the people, and killed so many soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the country.
Isn't it... cruel and ruthless. Nephew, stab him."
When the poison just took effect, the long sword in the nephew's hand had already pierced the opponent's heart.
Two extreme pains spread throughout the body at the same time.
Doctor Sun fell to the ground in despair and suffered for a few seconds.
Just died.
Another military doctor was lying on the ground.
He kept begging for mercy.
Jing Qiaoqiao patted her knees and said, "Nephew, kill him too."
"good."
The military doctor crawled on the ground, trembling: "General, this matter has nothing to do with me."
When the sword stabbed down, the military doctor did not tell the truth.
Jing Qiaoqiao smiled and stuffed a piece of cake into the other person's hand: "Eat it, and you'll be fine."
The military doctor wanted to stay alive so much that he ate the cake anxiously.
Sure enough, the severe pain slowly disappeared.
"My nephew, he's not a bad guy, he can be used."
When leaving, Jing Qiaoqiao left this sentence.
The eldest nephew followed the little figure with a smile on his face: "How did you know that, little aunt?"
"He's such a fearful person, with a sword against his heart, yet he still claims he's innocent. I must be wrong."
Jing Qiaoqiao put her hands behind her back and walked forward step by step, "So there is a spy hiding by your side."
"The people of Diversity have surrendered. What should we do, little aunt?"
"Where's that boy?"
"I'm being watched."
"Oh, his confidants are particularly concerned about his life and death. They even casually called him Your Highness, which shows that the young man's status is very different." Jing Qiaoqiao turned her head and lowered her voice, "Those people asked for peace because they hoped that the young man would be safe and sound."
"So... change?"
"It's good to ask for peace. There's no war, and the people won't suffer." Jing Qiaoqiao pinched her chin with her right hand and made a request. "But after all, it was them who allowed the jackals and tigers behind them to take advantage of the situation, so..."
