Chapter 91 Do you think I have any way out?

Granny Yang took something out of her bosom, opened it layer by layer, revealing a black brocade box inside. Opening the box, she saw three golden pills inside.

Picking up a pill and stuffing it into Qian Bowen's mouth, the effect was immediate. His pale face regained some color, and his trembling body gradually stopped due to the pill.

"Sai Miaoshou's things are truly amazing!" Granny Wu looked at the young master with admiration.

"Of course it's amazing, otherwise how could it be so hard to find? It's all thanks to our lady's resourcefulness; most people can't even get a glimpse of her." Granny Yang added a few flattering words.

But who knew that the Su family had gone to great lengths to obtain Sai Miaoshou's elixir? Moreover, Sai Miaoshou's intervention was not due to her great influence, but rather to her family connections.

Waaah...

Qian Bowen shook his head a few times, feeling dizzy, and opened his eyes slightly.

He thought he had fallen into an ice hole and would never get out again. Just when he felt his heart was about to stop beating, a sudden warmth came over him, making him feel like he was reborn.

"Bowen, Bowen, you're awake, aren't you? You scared your mother to death!" Madam Su held Qian Bowen's hand tightly, trying her best to control her agitated emotions.

Cough cough...

Qian Bowen coughed loudly, spitting out a mouthful of black blood. Only then did his mind become completely clear, and he was able to open his eyes wide enough to see the people in the room clearly.

"Alright, young master is alright!" Granny Yang wiped her eyes with tears of joy. She had raised the young master since he was a child, and her feelings for him were no less than those for her own mother. This was why Madam Su trusted her so much.

thump!

She suddenly knelt on the ground and slapped herself repeatedly: "It's all my fault, I didn't take good care of the young master, that's why he suffered. Madam, please punish me!"

"Get up! I know what's wrong with Bowen's health as his mother. Take good care of him, and you can take the remaining two pills." Madam Su helped Granny Yang up, without any hint of blame on her face.

She rarely punished these two old women, not only because they were loyal, but more importantly because they were efficient and careful. Finding two servants like them nowadays was not easy. Usually, she mainly rewarded them.

After helping the person up, she slipped a silver note into Granny Yang's hand: "Take it, buy whatever you like when you go to the market."

"Thank you, Madam, thank you, Madam!" Granny Yang happily pocketed the silver notes, glanced at Qian Bowen, and pulled the lady aside to whisper, "Master Sai said that we can't delay too long; the young master's health can't wait."

"I understand. Take good care of the young master." Madam Su frowned, walked to the bedside and comforted Qian Bowen for a few words before leaving the room.

Granny Wu followed behind and the two walked out of the courtyard to the back garden. The garden was planted with many flowers and plants, all of which Qian Bowen liked, and many of them were moved back from where Qian Bowen used to live.

A gentle breeze carries the fragrance of flowers.

Unfortunately, neither of them was in the mood to appreciate the flowers, and they both stood there with gloomy faces.

After a long silence, Granny Wu slowly spoke: "Madam, do you really want to do that?"

"Do you think I have any way out?" Madam Su seemed to have made up her mind. As long as Bowen lived, there was nothing she couldn't do.
