"Of course I will go back. What will happen to my students if I don't go back?"
The man was annoyed: "You are an unambitious person."
Xi Wencheng was not afraid at all. After knowing that they were not trying to urge him to get married, he relaxed completely.
He strode to the sofa, picked up the washed grapes on the table and stuffed them into his mouth.
"So what? When I have ambitions, you will be afraid."
The man couldn't help but roll his eyes, then turned his head and looked at Xi Yubai again: "I don't care about you, you have to come to the dinner tonight!"
After saying that, the man left with his hands behind his back.
Xi Yubai leaned on the sofa, quietly without saying a word.
Xi Wencheng leaned over and asked, "Why, did Dad introduce you to someone again?"
Xi Yubai pressed his brows tiredly: "Hmm."
"I think so too. It's time for you to get married."
As soon as he finished speaking, Xi Yubai gave him a sidelong glance. Xi Wencheng shut up awkwardly and moved closer again within two seconds.
"This birthday party is so big, do you know who's invited?"
Xi Yubai stood up and said indifferently, "They are nothing more than those aristocratic families."
"The Gu family is coming too?"
"Um."
Xi Wencheng seemed to be lost in thought.
In the quiet atmosphere, a cell phone rang.
Xi Yubai answered the phone.
"Hello."
"Xi Yubai! Are you home tonight?!"
"exist."
"That's great. I just happened to redesign a code on Uncle Xi's birthday. Can you see if it works? If it does, we'll have to start all over again."
Susie's voice was filled with deliberately suppressed happiness.
"Yeah." Xi Yubai said in a cold voice and hung up the phone.
Xi Wencheng watched, threw another grape into his mouth, and shook his head.
Then he joked, "It's Susie, right? She's been pursuing you for so long, why aren't you ready to give in to her?"
This sentence earned Xi Yubai a roll of his eyes.
