Chapter 9 Room I still heard Sui Sui crying.

Chapter 9 Room I still heard Sui Sui crying.

It was completely night and everything was silent.

By the lake, Jiang Chengyou and Jiang Suisui were still sitting on the small bench, watching their fishing rods with anticipation.

After waiting for a long time without any fish taking the bait, Liu'an brought two chairs for the two masters to rest.

Song Baoyuan and Jiang Keyu sat behind the two children and remained silent for about quarter of an hour.

Liu'an and Qiaoyin stood on both sides, each holding a lamp. They exchanged glances imperceptibly and both felt that the atmosphere at the moment was extremely strange, but they couldn't tell what was wrong.

Another quarter of an hour passed like this.

Finally, Jiang Keyu lowered her eyes, fiddled with the jade ring on her ring finger, and asked calmly, "If he doesn't catch a single fish all night, will Madam stay with him all night?"

Song Baoyuan rested her elbows on the back of the chair and slowly pressed her temples with her index finger. "If Chengcheng is happy, it's okay for me, as your mother, to sacrifice some of my time."

Jiang Keyu hesitated for a long time before saying softly, "It's a bit too much."

Suddenly fell silent again.

Song Baoyuan looked at the ground and did not deny it. "Are you blaming me, my husband?"

Jiang Keyu's gaze moved aimlessly, looking in the opposite direction of his wife. "That's not what I meant."

"My husband, are you blaming me for doting on Chengcheng, or for not teaching him well enough and causing him to offend Miss Sheng?"

Jiang Keyu was stunned for a moment. "What does this have to do with Xiao Si? Madam mentioned her. Is she blaming me for taking the initiative to borrow Madam's clothes?"

"How could I be so stingy?" Song Baoyuan said in a low voice.

Suddenly, there was dead silence again.

Is this... a quarrel?

Qiaoyin and Liu'an were equally puzzled. If they were arguing, their tone was too gentle and calm. If they weren't, the atmosphere was truly unusual.

Is it already so obvious? Song Baoyuan thought.

The person who is usually so gentle and patient, but today, just because she offended that person's face, she did not show any favor to her own child and even thought so lowly of her.

What went wrong? Jiang Keyu was puzzled.

His good wife, who was usually as pure and beautiful as a little white flower, inexplicably grew thorns today.

Was it because of the alcohol, or because I spent the day with a man I didn't know, who was inexplicable and had no sense of boundaries?

Time passed in an increasingly strange atmosphere.

Until Qiao Yue came back jogging.

"Madam, Sir, we have already informed the manor's manager. They have already arranged and decorated the rooms. We can go there anytime."

Because it was too late and it was inconvenient to go back home, Jiang Keyu decided to stay overnight at the villa.

His eyes were still wandering, "Madam, please take Sui Sui to bed first. Jiang Chengyou is here, I will be watching over him."

Song Baoyuan didn't move. "Chengcheng insisted on catching this fish because of me. I should stay with him."

"You've been drinking, so you should go to bed early."

"I'm not in the way, but my husband, you have important things to do tomorrow, so why don't you take Sui Sui to bed first."

No one moved.

As if in a stalemate, another quarter of an hour passed.

Jiang Suisui yawned, tears welling in her eyes as she rubbed them.

Suddenly his eyes widened again, "It's moving! It's moving!"

She shook her brother's arm excitedly.

Jiang Chengyou stood up immediately, raised the fishing rod with all his strength, created a splash of water, and swung it behind him.

"Madam, be careful!" Qiao Yue said in surprise.

Song Baoyuan reacted slowly, and before she realized what she should be careful of, a shadow shrouded her eyes, and her entire face was covered by the wide sleeves.

She raised her head slightly and saw Jiang Keyu's expressionless profile.

His sleeves blocked the splashes and a small fish, no longer than his index finger, hanging on the hook and swinging its tail.

"Jiang Chengyou!"

Jiang Chengyou was so scared that he quickly stuffed the fishing rod in his hand into Liu'an's hand, stood still and didn't dare to say a word.

Jiang Keyu withdrew her hand and stood up. She felt depressed, but couldn't say anything harsh. She could only endure it and said, "Go to sleep with my sister."

"yes."

Jiang Chengyou felt as if he had been pardoned. He immediately grabbed Jiang Suisui and slipped away.

The couple remained silent, standing side by side, as if waiting for the other to speak first.

But no one has it.

*

Jiang Chengyou and Jiang Suisui were amazed when they entered the room. It was filled with toys: tumblers, Luban locks, tangram puzzles... There was even a hanging birdcage with a beautiful parrot inside. On the floor, there was a wooden cage covered in straw, housing two adorable white rabbits.

Not only that, there are all kinds of snacks that children like on the table, a cloth tiger on the bed, and colorful paper butterflies hanging.

Qiao Yue, who had followed the young master in, couldn't help but sigh, "This Qushui Villa is truly the most profitable. When I asked them to reserve a room, their manager specifically asked who it was for. In less than half an hour, they had decorated the room like this."

Qiao Yin accompanied Jiang Suisui squatting on the ground to feed the rabbits, while Jiang Chengyou climbed onto a stool and held a thin wooden stick to tease the birds.

"The children's room is full of toys." Qiao Yin looked up at Qiao Yue thoughtfully, a playful look in her eyes. "What would the mistress and her husband's room look like?"

Qiao Yue was stunned for a moment, and a meaningful smile slowly appeared on her lips.

On the other side shrouded in silence, the couple stood in front of the open door, their bodies stiff and their eyes dull.

Pink petals spread all over the ground, a warm fragrance permeated the air, red candles burned beside the couch, dragons and phoenixes sang in harmony. Pearl curtains and gauze tents, mandarin duck quilts, were filled with charming colors.

The two of them hesitated as they crossed the threshold. Jiang Keyu glanced around, her face calm. The only thing in the room that didn't reveal a hint of fascination was the exquisite white porcelain tea set on the table.

He walked calmly to the table and poured tea to calm himself.

The last time I saw such a scene was on my wedding night.

After Song Baoyuan entered the room, she closed the door and walked in silently. She picked up the exquisite little vase by the window, poured out the water, and extinguished the incense burner that was emitting a strange fragrance.

Behind her, Jiang Keyu, with half a sip of tea in her hand, stared at the teacup in thought. It tasted so strange.

He wanted to spit it out, but Song Baoyuan turned around at that time. Afraid that it would be offensive in her eyes, he swallowed it subconsciously.

In this kind of atmosphere, he was still drinking tea without even looking at her. Song Baoyuan had a lot of thoughts on her mind at the moment. Could it be that he had no interest in her?

In retrospect, they'd been married for six years, sharing the same bed every night, but he'd never been too eager. After the first time, a gap of ten days or half a month was normal. They'd already done it yesterday, so for him, it was probably a mission accomplished, so he wouldn't have that in mind today.

Thinking so, Song Baoyuan pulled open the bed curtain and tied it to the bed frame.

They don't keep records when they sleep on weekdays, but only when they have sex. This has been an unspoken agreement between the couple for six years.

Jiang Keyu calmly tightened her palms and clenched the teacup. She was so anxious to open and hang the bed curtains. Was she afraid of what he would do?

Why not? Did he do it badly? Jiang Keyu felt depressed.

It's impossible. He has already restrained himself and has given birth to two children. It is impossible that he did not do a good job in the process.

Song Baoyuan silently swept the petals off the mandarin duck quilt, stood by the bed, turned and looked at her husband who was still turning the teacup.

"It's already late. If I drink more tea, I'll have trouble sleeping."

"Yeah." Jiang Keyu responded indifferently, stood up and walked towards the bed, blowing out the red candle on the way.

The only light in the room was scattered moonlight streaming in through the window.

In the dim light, Jiang Keyu was absent-minded and didn't notice that she was tripping over a step. She lost her balance and fell forward unexpectedly.

It happened too fast and too suddenly. Song Baoyuan couldn't react in time and was knocked down by him. With the sound of foreheads hitting each other and skulls colliding hard, she fell backwards onto the bed.

In a hurry, Jiang Keyu put his hand behind her head and put all his weight on his wife's soft body.

"Ding-ling-ling!"

A pleasant bell sound came from somewhere in the corner of the bed.

Their foreheads ached, but they refused to say anything.

But because the bed was shaking, the sound of bells kept ringing.

Jiang Keyu buried his head in the lady's hair.

The familiar and comforting fragrance filled his nose, seeming to drown him.

He felt an inopportune heat in his lower abdomen.

But he immediately propped up his upper body and said anxiously, "Sorry."

Song Baoyuan touched her forehead, bit her lip and groaned.

It's so hot.

When we look into each other's eyes, we can't see the emotions in each other's eyes.

The hand that was resting behind the lady's head touched something strange. Jiang Keyu slowly took it out, and the two of them looked over at the same time.

A roll of canvas, which was already unfolded when he picked it up, and he could vaguely make out that it was... a pornographic picture.

Jiang Keyu's pupils trembled, and before Song Baoyuan could see the front, he quickly got up from her. He sat on the edge of the bed, calmly rolled up the canvas, coughed lightly, and threw it into the corner.

Song Baoyuan also sat up, not knowing why. She just felt something was poking her, so she groped under the bed.

When Jiang Keyu turned around, she saw her taking out a wooden box.

Song Baoyuan was surprised. When she opened it, she found a ruler, a ball bearing, and a blunt wooden stick...

It would be fine to put the messy things in a box, but why put them on the bed?

Jiang Keyu's body stiffened and her eyelids twitched. The more she told herself not to think about it, the more the scene came to her mind.

He feigned calmness and said, "Maybe they put it in the wrong place when they were cleaning the room."

Jiang Keyu's ears blushed. Firstly, he was thankful he had just blown out the candles, so his wife couldn't see his awkward expression. Secondly, he was thankful his wife was naive. Their wedding had been so hasty, she hadn't had time to learn those things. Since they had consummated their marriage that night, there was no need to learn any more.

Song Baoyuan didn't think much about it. She threw all the debris out of the bed, then undressed, lay down properly on the inside of the bed, and closed her eyes.

It was hot, but she still covered herself with a little blanket for the sake of nature.

Jiang Keyu felt restless in her heart, but she knew very well that this was not uneasiness, but the desire of her body.

He took off his coat and, in order to prevent his wife from noticing anything unusual, he covered himself with the quilt even though his body was burning.

The two of them lay down without moving, and the distance between them was enough for another person to lie down.

It was too hot. After a while, Song Baoyuan finally realized that it was not because of the temperature in the room, but because her body wanted to be filled.

She had never felt such a desire before, except at the last moment, and she couldn't help but be suspicious of the strange fragrance in the incense burner. Fortunately, she put out the odor in time, otherwise, she would have done something inappropriate.

Jiang Keyu's brows were furrowed, the quilt was wrinkled by him, and he tried his best to endure it.

The two did not dare to move. This bed was the strangest thing. Every time it shook, it would emit a bell sound, big or small, which stimulated the brain and made people lose their ability to think.

The two couldn't sleep and felt very uncomfortable. They mobilized all their willpower to fight for control of their bodies with a guy called desire.

Song Baoyuan bit her lips and Jiang Keyu clenched her palms.

Time became extremely torturous. After an unknown amount of time, Song Baoyuan suddenly threw off the quilt and sat up.

Jiang Keyu was shocked and surprised, then sat up and asked, "What's wrong?"

"I...I think I heard Sui Sui crying." Song Baoyuan said as she started to move, "I'll go over and take a look."

"I'll go." Jiang Keyu stopped her, got off the bed swiftly, picked up her coat and casually put it on, then walked out quickly.

Everything happened so fast, mixed with the sound of tiny bells.

As soon as Jiang Keyu left, Song Baoyuan breathed a sigh of relief. She searched the bedside carefully, but couldn't find the damn, disturbing bell!

Feeling her breath was burning hot, she was angry and annoyed and ran to the door to get some cool air.

Feeling a little comforted, Song Baoyuan stepped back to the table and poured herself a cup of tea to calm herself.

But... it tasted so strange. She hesitated while holding the tea in her mouth. It wasn't that unpalatable, but it was just strange.

But because the tea was cold, she drank it anyway to cool her body down.

On the other side, Jiang Keyu walked out of the room and felt reborn. She scooped up some cold water from the vat in the yard and splashed it on her face to wake herself up.

Damn it, he thought.

How could he be so out of control?

He stayed outside for a long time, walked around the corridor twice in the cold wind, and looked in front of his children's rooms three times. Only after he felt the emotions surging in his chest calmed down did he slowly walk back.

From a distance, he saw Song Baoyuan standing thin at the door, as if waiting for him.

Jiang Keyu immediately felt annoyed, quickened her pace, and took off her coat. "Why are you here? It's cold at night, you'll catch a cold."

Song Baoyuan was speechless, unable to find a reason to refuse him as he wrapped his coat around her. The clothing, with its warmth and delicate fragrance, enveloped her body, which had finally calmed down.

"I...how are Suisui and Chengcheng?" she asked, changing the subject.

"You're sleeping soundly. After all, you've been playing all day and must be tired." Jiang Keyu held her wrist and pulled her back to the house. "Maybe you were too worried about them, so you heard it wrong. Go to sleep quickly and don't scare yourself."

Song Baoyuan nodded woodenly.

I thought the fever had subsided and I could finally sleep peacefully.

Unexpectedly, not long after I lay back on the bed, the strange feeling came back.

Song Baoyuan: "..."

Jiang Keyu: “?”

There is definitely something wrong with this shabby house!

Song Baoyuan couldn't bear it any longer and sat up suddenly, but as soon as she spoke, her momentum was gone and she was left with only worry.

"I, I still heard Sui Sui crying, and I, I, I still want to go and see for myself."
