Without saying a word, Shu Mowan went straight to work.
The needle in his hand went straight into the villager's neck, and he fainted before he could even react.
"Little sister, give me a chance to make a move next time."
Shu Lingyin patted Shu Mowan's head and said.
Shu Mowan looked at him, both amused and exasperated. How could he be so sarcastic?
"Miss Su, are you alright?"
She bent down to help Su Rou up and asked.
Su Rou's response was to hug her tightly with both hands and burst into tears.
"Shumo, thank you for saving me."
Su Rou, still shaken, said.
She thought she would die in this cave tonight, but unexpectedly, Shu Mowan descended like a god.
Shu Mowan patted her back, "Okay, don't cry, you're alright now."
Su Rou gradually calmed down.
"Don't be afraid, we're here to save you."
Shu Lingyin's voice came through, "With us here, no one can hurt you anymore."
Perhaps realizing he meant no harm, the group of women, who had been tied up and left in a corner, finally began to sob quietly.
"Everyone, stop crying. Getting out of here is the most important thing. Otherwise, once the village realizes what's happening, it will be very difficult for you to escape."
Shu Mowan walked over and said in a deep voice, "Once you leave here, the police will take care of you."
The group of women then stopped crying.
"Little sister, there are many others like us who are imprisoned elsewhere. Can you find a way to rescue them?"
A woman with chapped lips, bruises all over her face, and swollen eyes said, "Everyone here was trafficked. Many of them were beaten to death and thrown to the dogs because they were disobedient, tried to escape, or couldn't have sons."
Shu Mowan frowned, a flash of fierceness crossing her eyes.
This is a heartless and insane village.
Do you know where they are being held?
She said, suppressing her anger.
"Some are on this mountain like us, and some are on other mountains."
The woman said, "We are often imprisoned, so we know the way well and can take you there."
"Brother Si, Second Brother, let's call the police. Report it to higher-level authorities, beyond the counties and towns around here."
Shu Mowan pondered for a moment, then spoke to Si Tingyu and Shu Lingyin.
With the police joining in, and bodyguards stationed outside the village, it was enough to rescue these trafficked women.
“Tell the police that the dogs in this village are both obedient and fierce.”
The woman reminded her.
Si Tingyu and Shu Lingyin nodded and walked to the side to call the police.
After arranging everything, Si Tingyu said, "Wanwan, let's go. My men can sneak into the village now."
Shu Mowan nodded.
"Let's go. When we get back to the set, we'll give you new clothes."
She untied the women and said to them.
"Thanks."
After thanking them, the group of women tried to catch up, supporting each other, but several of them collapsed after only a few steps because their legs gave way.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, we didn't mean to."
They got up from the ground, feeling guilty and apologetic, "We were so hungry, our legs were too weak to move."
Shu Mowan felt a little annoyed and wanted to slap her head.
She was being inconsiderate; she could see that they had been lacking food and clothing for a long time, yet she didn't want to give them any extra energy.
"Here, one for each of you, to replenish your energy for now."
She took out a bottle, poured a handful of pills into her hand, and said to them.
They took one with some skepticism, but after eating it, they felt their energy return and their eyes widened in surprise.
"Can we go now?"
Shu Mowan said.
"That's fine."
They nodded.
After Shu Mowan led a group of women out of the cave, Si Tingyu and Shu Lingyin threw the several men, who were tied up, into a corner and closed the door behind them.
These wicked people, whose conscience has been devoured, should just perish in there.
The crowd, who had been anxiously waiting in the shadows, breathed a sigh of relief when they saw Shu Mowan and the other two rescue the person.
"Su Rou, are you alright?"
Everyone chimed in with their concerns.
Although Su Rou was frightened, she was fortunately not injured and seemed to be in good spirits.
"I'm fine, thank you for your help."
She said.
Shu Mowan said, "Director, take them back to the film set first. Once you get there, we will arrange bodyguards to protect you. No one will be able to touch you."
The director had many questions he wanted to ask, but he swallowed them back before he could say them.
"good."
After he agreed, he realized what was happening and asked, "Shumo, aren't you going back to the film set?"
“There are other women who were kidnapped imprisoned elsewhere on the mountain. I have to go and check on them.”
Shu Mowan said.
The director wanted to suggest leaving this to the police, but ultimately said nothing.
We need to rescue them quickly, otherwise it won't be easy to take so many people away once the villagers realize what's happening.
Shu Mowan left two women with decent stamina to lead the way.
They rescued hundreds of abducted women using the same method. By the time everyone returned to the film crew after descending the mountain, it was already dawn.
"Master Si, the police and our men have already surrounded the village."
The bodyguard walked up to Si Tingyu and said respectfully.
Si Tingyu was quite satisfied with their speed of work, seeing that the two film crews' supplies had already been loaded onto the truck.
"Get in the car, we'll talk about it when we get out."
He had barely finished speaking when the village chief stormed over with a group of villagers.
They were all holding dogs on leashes, and some were carrying sticks, while others were carrying rakes.
"I kindly let you into the village to film, why did you call the police and surround the village?"
The village chief, holding his pipe, said in a deep voice, "If you don't give us an explanation today, don't even think about leaving the village."
