"Wanwan, are you alright?"
Si Tingyu glanced indifferently at the man in black on the floor, then focused on Shu Mowan first.
Shu Mowan said, "It's nothing."
She looked down at Si Tingyu's injured hand, "But it's you who's injured."
This was the second time he had risked his life to save her.
The once calm lake of my heart was once again rippled with waves.
Si Tingyu glanced at his injured palm, unconcerned, "It's nothing, just a minor injury."
Shu Mowan gave him a reproachful look.
With such a long cut and so much blood, how dare he call it a minor injury?
"Sit down there, let me bandage you up."
She pointed to the steps in front of the building and said.
Si Tingyu's eyes lit up.
He certainly wouldn't refuse such a good opportunity.
The two walked over and sat down.
Shu Mowan took out disinfectant, wound medicine, and gauze, and after simply disinfecting and applying the medicine, she gently bandaged him.
"Wanwan, you know the Heavenly Secrets Alliance, right?"
Si Tingyu asked the same question again.
Shu Mowan paused in putting the medicine back, but this time she didn't deny it, "There is a little grudge."
"Brother Si is quite knowledgeable."
She glanced at Si Tingyu and joked.
Si Tingyu said, "I've heard people say that the people from the Heavenly Secrets Alliance like to wear certain masks when they do things, so I was just testing you."
Actually, he wasn't quite sure if the men in black lying on the ground were from the Heavenly Mystery Alliance, so he tested Shu Mowan, thinking she would deny it like last time, but she readily admitted it this time.
"Wanwan, the Heavenly Secrets Alliance wants you dead. You don't mind if I get involved and deal with them, do you?"
Si Tingyu looked at Shu Mowan and asked for her opinion.
He couldn't possibly stand idly by and watch her being hunted down by the Tianji Alliance.
Shu Mowan's heartstrings were touched once again by his words.
She saved Si Tingyu because he was wearing military camouflage, but he saved her simply because of her.
The two terms actually have different meanings.
"Brother Si, if I say I mind, will you stop targeting the Heavenly Mystery Alliance?"
She suppressed the flutter in her heart and asked back with a smile.
"Won't."
Si Tingyu shook his head. "I asked you because I respect you, but that doesn't stop me from taking action against it."
Shu Mowan shrugged. "Isn't that settled then?"
"Wanwan, since you have no objection, then I will not be polite to the Heavenly Secrets Alliance."
Si Tingyu raised his uninjured hand and patted Shu Mowan's head, saying, "I won't ask you what grudges you have with the Heavenly Mystery Alliance. I only have one request: protect yourself, understand?"
Shu Mowan felt the warmth from his large hand, and instead felt a bit like she was being electrocuted, making her feel uneasy, but she had to pretend to be nonchalant.
"Brother Si, you're even more talkative than my older brothers. Don't you really want to consider being my older brother?"
She said it in a joking tone.
As long as their relationship remains that of siblings, her feelings for Si Tingyu will fade with time.
At least for now, she really finds dating quite troublesome.
Si Tingyu lowered his hand. "Wanwan, I won't compete with Ling Yi and the others for this honor."
He had those kinds of feelings for her, how could he possibly be her brother? He's not out of his mind.
Speak of the devil, and he shall appear.
When Shu Lingyi came out of the meeting, his secretary rushed over to report that Shu Mowan had had an accident downstairs.
If he weren't worried about Shu Mowan, he would have definitely given his secretary a good dressing down.
Such a big thing, and they only notified him after he finished his meeting. If something happened to his sister, could his secretary bear the consequences?
"Little sister, are you alright?"
Shu Lingyi rushed out and saw the man in black on the floor. Worried that Shu Mowan might be hurt, he ran to her like a whirlwind.
They checked her from head to toe and only breathed a sigh of relief after confirming that she was not injured.
"Such a big thing happened, why didn't you just call your older brother?"
He frowned and said in a deep voice.
Seeing that her older brother was really angry, Shu Mowan had no choice but to bring up Si Tingyu, "Big brother, Brother Si was injured while saving me, so I'll treat his wounds again."
Shu Lingyi then noticed Si Tingyu and, sure enough, saw that his right hand was bandaged.
"Tingyu, you didn't deliberately get hurt to try and make my sister feel sorry for you, did you?"
Although he was worried about Si Tingyu's injuries as a brother, they had known each other since childhood, and he knew all too well how cunning Si Tingyu was.
Si Tingyu raised an eyebrow and smiled, "Ling Yi, thanks. I didn't originally have this idea, but now..."
He paused deliberately, raised his injured hand to look at it, and said meaningfully, "I've found that being injured is quite good."
"..."
Shu Lingyi felt like he had shot himself in the foot.
He gritted his teeth. "Don't even think about getting my sister to take care of you."
Si Tingyu ignored him and turned to Shu Mowan: "Wanwan, my right hand is injured, which makes it quite inconvenient for me to do things. Can you be my assistant for a few days?"
"Don't even think about it!"
"sure."
Shu Lingyi and Shu Mowan finished speaking at the same time.
"Little sister, don't go along with his nonsense."
Shu Lingyi disagreed.
Shu Mowan looked at him innocently and calmly described the danger she had just experienced, "Big brother, I was drugged and my vision was blurry. I could see double. If Brother Si hadn't reached out and caught the dart for me, it would have hit me."
She gestured a spot on her chest, saying, "It's probably here, not far from my heart."
