Shu Lingyi gave him a reluctant, appreciative look.
He was smart enough not to actually make his sister cook, otherwise he would have definitely made a fuss about it.
Just as Shu Lingyi went to call to order groceries, Shu Mowan's phone rang.
She glanced at it; it was an overseas call. She hung up immediately.
The phone kept ringing, five times in a row, before she finally answered it.
"Should I call you Feiying, or your nickname Wanwan?"
A deep male voice, altered by a voice changer, came through the phone.
Shu Mowan tightened her grip on her phone, her delicate brows furrowing.
Even though the voice had changed, she could still guess that it was that madman from the Heavenly Secrets Alliance who would stop at nothing to call.
"Xuan Yin, I underestimated you. You found out my true identity so quickly."
She sneered.
Xuan Yin chuckled softly, his voice sounding somewhat distorted and harsh after being amplified by the voice changer.
"There's nothing we can do. Not everyone in the Tianyu Alliance is fearless. If we arrest a few and beat them up, they'll reveal your identity."
He said casually.
Shu Mowan's pretty face darkened, her eyes filled with murderous intent.
"Don't try to sow discord between them. They would never betray their Lord."
She said coldly, "If you think you can use this method to drive a wedge between us, then give up on that idea."
Although she didn't know how Xuan Yin found out her identity, she believed it definitely wasn't leaked by a member of the Tianyu Alliance.
They were all willing to risk their lives for her in the face of danger, so how could they reveal her true identity to this madman?
Her principle is: trust those you employ, and don't employ those you don't trust.
"Feiying, you're still so smart, I can't fool you with this."
Xuan Yin laughed and said, "No wonder I like you so much. It's just a pity that I couldn't catch you this time, otherwise I could have tied you up and played with you."
His tone was full of regret.
"The man who stepped forward to save you must be Master Si, right? He's quite handsome. But what can I do? I just can't stand him being so attentive to you. How about I kill him first?"
His casual tone suggested he was about to decide a person's life or death.
Shu Mowan's eyes flashed with murderous intent. "Xuan Yin, how dare you!"
She never liked to involve other people because of herself.
Xuan Yin's smile vanished, and his tone hardened: "Fei Ying, don't tell me you've fallen for this Master Si, have you?"
