After lunch, He Tingchuan fell asleep on the mat.
I didn't sleep last night, and I spent the whole morning playing with my wife and daughter. I can't stay awake any longer.
Yun Jin felt sorry for him and told him to take a nap without worry, assuring him that she would take care of the child.
He Tingchuan then rested his head on her lap and closed his eyes. The midday sun was blinding, so He Tingchuan used Xiao Niangao's handkerchief to shield his vision and fell asleep in less than three seconds.
Little Rice Cake chased after the butterflies and came back. Looking at the sleeping He Tingchuan, she nodded after Yun Jin's reminder. Quietly, she lay down next to her father and curiously poked his handsome face.
Yun Jin grabbed the mischievous little hand and coaxed, "Baby, do you want to sleep with Daddy and see who sleeps better?"
After playing for a while, Little Rice Cake found a spot next to her father and lay down: "Mommy, remember to wake me up, I don't want to leave me alone!"
Yun Jin smiled and nodded: "Okay, sleep peacefully!"
Little Rice Cake obediently closed her eyes and slept soundly next to her father.
Fearing the sun would scorch the father and daughter, Yun Jin held an umbrella over their heads. She was wearing a straw hat and was in the shade, so it wasn't too hot for her.
Yun Jin watched over the father and daughter, admiring the scenery, feeling very comfortable and peaceful.
She thought He Tingchuan would sleep for a long time, but he woke up in less than half an hour. He realized that he was still resting his head on her lap, and he massaged her lap tenderly: "Why don't you move your legs away? Are they numb?"

Yun Jin didn't care at all about her daughter complaining to her father, knowing that He Tingchuan would stand by her side.
