He Tingchuan dropped her off at the school gate. Yun Jin got out of the car carrying Xiao Niangao: "Come on, give me a kiss and let me have good luck!"
Yun Jin was speaking to Xiao Niangao. He Tingchuan thought she was talking to him, and looked around a little embarrassedly. All the people around him were candidates who had come to take the exam, their eyes filled with passion, nervousness, and expectations for the future.
It's not really appropriate to kiss here!
Just as He Tingchuan was struggling with his decision, Xiao Niangao happily gave her mother a kiss on the cheek, and Xiao Nuan cupped her mother's face in her hands: "Mom, you have to behave well!"
Yun Jin nodded firmly: "Don't worry, Mom will definitely get you into university."
Little Rice Cake happily gave her another kiss.
Yun Jin glanced at He Tingchuan, who was itching to make a move, and smiled: "You want to pass on your good luck to me too?"
He Tingchuan's ears burned from her teasing, and he nodded seriously, startling Yun Jin. She thought he was going to kiss her like Little Rice Cake. As he approached, Yun Jin reminded him a little shyly, "There are a lot of people watching!"
He Tingchuan's lips curled up. The man who had won the game shook her hand and put gloves on her: "Don't get cold. Good luck is with you. Keep it up."
Yun Jin: "......."
This is outrageous! He Tingchuan is now flirting with his wife in public.
Exams are coming up soon, so everyone went to school early. He Tingchuan and Xiao Niangao were not allowed to go in, so Yun Jin said goodbye to them at the door and told He Tingchuan to take the child back home so he wouldn't catch a cold.
Last time Yun Jin caught a cold, Xiao Niangao also started coughing. With two people sick at once, He Tingchuan almost couldn't take care of them all by himself.
He Tingchuan nodded: "I'll bring you lunch. What would you like to eat?"
"Fried rice with egg." Yun Jin only wanted something hot.
He Tingchuan nodded: "Okay, I'll bring you some hot fried rice with eggs."
Li Aimei shamelessly asked, "Brother Chuan, could you bring my lunch along too?"
"Okay, don't wander around after you finish the exam," He Tingchuan instructed, watching them enter the examination hall.
Little Niangao was still reluctant to leave, and suddenly called out to their retreating figures, "Mommy!"
Yun Jin turned around, waved, wearing a scarf and holding a hot water bottle, revealing her small face with bright, sparkling eyes. She smiled and waved, signaling the father and son to go back.
Little Rice Cake shouted at the top of her lungs, "Mom, if you can write it, then go to sleep. Don't worry, I'll take the college entrance exam for you later!"
Yun Jin: "......"
Li Aimei: "Pfft... The rice cake is so cute, sister-in-law, how did you give birth to it?"
Yun Jin didn't expect the child to have such a good memory. A couple of days ago, she joked with He Tingchuan that some parents didn't want their children to work too hard, so they sent her to school. She could study if she wanted, and if she couldn't, she could eat a few more bites of food.
Who knew that this child would remember it and even realize that he was innovating?
Little Rice Cake yelled, and when others saw her, she buried her head in her father's shoulder in embarrassment and urged, "Daddy, come home quickly, Daddy, hurry up, Daddy!"
He Tingchuan couldn't help but laugh, and ran off with the little rice cake in his arms.
Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed that the tense atmosphere among the others had been broken by this little cutie, and everyone was showing doting smiles, clearly charmed by the little rice cake.
He Tingchuan drove his daughter back home and made a phone call to his parents. He barely got to say a few words before Xiao Niangao chattered away. After her second birthday, Xiao Niangao seemed to be speaking even more fluently.
For her birthday, Yun Jin was busy studying, so He Tingchuan cooked her a bowl of longevity noodles and bought her a beautiful outfit. He's parents, He Ximei, and sister-in-law all sent her clothes, pants, hats, and shoes.
Mother He also bought Yun Jin a thick cotton-padded coat, which she wore to her exam today.
The exam room was too cold in winter; they wouldn't even let us bring hot water bottles, and they checked our pockets to make sure we had cheat sheets.
Yun Jin only had two months to review, and she chose humanities, as did Li Aimei, who wasn't good at physics and chemistry.
Fortunately, liberal arts students can also apply to medical school.
Yun Jin is basically studying business. She wants to do business in the future. She is taking the college entrance examination now just to get a college degree so that people won't laugh at her when she grows up. Everything is good except that her mother is an uneducated person.
Yun Jin wanted to give her daughter the best, and her education couldn't lag behind others.
At least she's a college graduate who studied abroad.
I originally wanted to choose a foreign language, but considering the original owner's character setting, being able to take the college entrance exam was already incredibly difficult, and now taking a foreign language exam would easily arouse suspicion.
I had no choice but to honestly choose liberal arts.
For liberal arts students, there are four subjects: Chinese, mathematics, politics, history, and geography.
The science subjects are Chinese, mathematics, politics, chemistry, and physics.
As for foreign languages, they are Chinese, mathematics, politics, and foreign languages.
Yun Jin and Li Aimei took the exam in different rooms. When they parted, Yun Jin encouraged each other: "Do your best on the exam. Don't think too much. Do the questions you know how to do, and leave the ones you don't know blank. Come back and do the ones you know how to do after you're done."
"Make sure you write your name and student ID correctly, check carefully."
Li Aimei nodded. She was a little nervous at first, but seeing Yun Jin's calm face, she calmed down a lot.
As Yun Jin instructed, as soon as the test paper was handed out, I immediately wrote my name and student number on it. Only after confirming that there were no problems did I begin to browse through the questions, only to find that the questions were actually quite difficult.
More importantly, she discovered that she could do most of it herself.
The other half of the answers were ambiguous.
There are still a few who can't figure it out.
Li Aimei knew that she had no chance of getting into Tsinghua or Peking University.
Yun Jin's situation is similar. Although she has a master's degree from abroad and also took the college entrance examination in China.
