He Ziqian's heart skipped a beat: "What?"
Zhang Juan walked to the window and looked downstairs. Sure enough, the car was still parked downstairs. He Ziqian followed her and asked, "What are you looking at?"
"Did you see that van?" Zhang Juan asked.
He Ziqian nodded.
“That was the car they were planning to kidnap you,” Zhang Juan suddenly said.
He Ziqian's expression changed: "Why...why did you tell me?"
Zhang Juan tossed her hair, crossed her arms, and said with a half-smile, "I don't want to play hide-and-seek with you anymore. You know I approached you on purpose, don't you?"
He Ziqian nodded.
Zhang Juan liked this about him: his honesty.
“I didn’t want to either, but they took my son hostage and made me deliberately approach you to extract information from you, and incidentally slip this into your luggage so you would be arrested when you went back.”
He Ziqian looked at the thing in her hand, his face darkening: "How did you get this?"
When Zhang Juan saw that he recognized her, she explained, "Fei and the others gave it to me."
"It's about to be lost, you can't touch this thing." He Ziqian said nervously.
Zhang Juan threw her things on the table: "I've told you everything now, so you don't need to be wary of me. Their goal is very simple: to make you their spy."
He Ziqian shook his head: "I won't do it."
“They will kill you,” Zhang Juan warned.
"Will you kill me?" He Ziqian asked.
Zhang Juan met his questioning gaze and dared not look him in the eye: "I had thought about it before, but after getting to know you these past few days, I've found that you're different from those other lousy men I know. I can't bring myself to do it."
"You all need to leave quickly, don't linger here." With that, Zhang Juan slapped herself hard, leaving a handprint on her face, which startled He Ziqian.
"Why are you hitting yourself?" He Ziqian was about to check her face, but then he felt that the gesture was too intimate, so he paused halfway through.
Zhang Juan looked at his restrained and stoic demeanor and smiled: "You're so stupid. Other men only want to sleep with me, but you're the only one who treats me like a decent woman. Someone like me doesn't deserve you at all."
"Be careful when you go out in the future. It's best not to come to Hong Kong City. Don't go with Fei Ge if he asks you to. Pack your things and go to the hospital to take care of him, or you can stay with that guy named Zhou Da."
Zhang Juan packed her things, grabbed her bag, and left. With her face red and swollen, she said, "Don't go out alone. I'm leaving now. Take care."
He Ziqian was stunned for a moment: "Are you sure it's okay for you to go back like this?"
Zhang Juan shook her head: "It's okay. When they see the injury on my face, they'll just think we've fallen out. They won't do anything to me."
He Ziqian hadn't expected things to turn out this way. He thanked her, saying, "Thank you for showing mercy."
"No need to thank me, you're too kind, I couldn't bear it. Don't be too kind to other women in the future, you'll suffer the consequences." After saying that, Zhang Juan left without looking back.
He Ziqian watched her leave, his heart filled with conflicting emotions.
When Zhang Juan left the hotel, she deliberately messed up her hair, wrinkled her clothes, and even tore her stockings, making it look like she had been in a fight. She cried as she walked out of the hotel and ran towards the van.
Fei, who was in the car, saw her come out alone. He frowned and asked, "What's wrong?"
"That idiot found what I hid, and he kicked me out, telling me to get lost. He also said he hated people who took advantage of him and that I should never appear in front of him again, sob sob sob!" Zhang Juan pretended to be aggrieved.

"Brother Fei, Brother Fei, my son is innocent! Please don't hurt him. He's just a child and doesn't know anything. I'm willing to listen to you. Please, Brother Fei, let my son go!" Her son was Zhang Juan's life.
Fei sneered, "You've already been exposed, what use are you now? Get lost, I'm going to kill your son right now!"
Fei Ge had someone drive, and watched as Zhang Juan frantically chased after the van, but couldn't catch up no matter what she did. Sniffing the contents of her hand, she realized that after wasting more than ten days, she had returned empty-handed and had even alerted the enemy.
Fei-ge knew that if the people over there found out, he would be in deep trouble.
Enraged, Fei Ge cursed and swore, wishing he could beat Zhang Juan to death.
He Ziqian watched the scene below from upstairs. Seeing Zhang Juan being abandoned in the van, he couldn't hold back any longer. He ran down and grabbed the distraught and desperate Zhang Juan, asking, "Why...why did they beat you?"
"Waaah, my son, what am I going to do about my son? He's so young." Zhang Juan looked at He Ziqian as if she had seen a lifeline: "Please help me, save my son."
He Ziqian was completely at a loss: "I... let's go ask my uncle and aunt."
