At noon, Jiang Zao took Fu Yanci to pick up Zheng Xiao for lunch.
"Mr. Lu, aren't you getting on the bus? There are still seats available." Jiang Zao looked at Lu Li, who was still standing outside the bus.
Zheng Xiao yawned. "What's he doing at our gathering? All he does is nag. You'd think some old man had suddenly become young again."
She closed the car door, leaving Lu Li outside.
Lu Li didn't care about Zheng Xiao's attitude, he just told her: "Drink less alcohol, call me when you're done."
Zheng Xiao rolled her eyes in exasperation.
Jiang Zao shrugged and asked Zheng Xiao what she wanted to eat after driving off.
Zheng Xiao was still wearing the clothes she wore when she recorded the show, and her makeup was still on. Wherever she went, she caused a stir.
But she didn't care: "Whatever."
Jiang Zao still went to Blue Club, where the privacy was relatively better and the chances of encountering Zheng Xiao's fans were much smaller.
In the private room, they ordered a table full of dishes, and Fu Yanci didn't forget to serve food to Jiang Zao while eating.
"Honey, this is delicious."
"Honey, try this."
"Mmm, honey, this tastes amazing."
Zheng Xiao wasn't actually hungry. She lit a cigarette, swirled her wine glass in her other hand, and leaned back lazily in her chair, teasingly saying, "Honey, did you pick me up specifically to watch you two show off your love?"
Jiang Zao put some food into Zheng Xiao's bowl: "Drinking on an empty stomach is bad for your stomach. I've told you so many times, but you just won't listen."
Zheng Xiao smiled, put down her wine glass, and ate all the food in her bowl.
"Tell me, what do you want to do with that piece of land?"
