Liang Zhirou quickly took a deep breath, "I'll try..."
Having received an affirmative answer, Chen Lu nodded slightly and opened the live streaming software on his desktop.
Because of the meme about waking up together, and because he's incredibly prolific as an artist, this goofy guy now has over 90,000 followers.
After the broadcast started, people entered the live stream room very quickly.
Sure enough, some people still remember that live stream mishap; a few people were already spamming the chat as soon as the stream started.
[Can I wake up with you tomorrow morning?]
[I've been racking my brains for over a month. Did you genuinely forget to turn off the broadcast, or were you deliberately showing off to us?]
"What are you talking about? I don't understand." Chen Lu quickly pretended to be stupid and turned his head to look. Liang Zhirou, who was originally drawing with her head down, buried her head even deeper.
Clearly, this simpleton also remembered this incident, just like him, but was afraid to face it.
Then, rows of comments started scrolling by.
[Do you two even know how long you've been standing them up?]
[I was the captain during the first broadcast, and I never imagined that my captain status would expire by the time you guys did the second broadcast.]
"Thanks to this brother for renewing his subscription, Captain." Chen Lu didn't expect this silly fan to be so loyal. He blinked and continued, "It was almost Chinese New Year, so we started streaming right after the holiday."
[Does your family celebrate Chinese New Year for a month?]
"I don't understand, I don't understand. I've never been to school. If you keep talking, I won't recognize a single word."
I've never seen such a shameless streamer in my life. No matter how much they spammed the chat, they just kept pretending to be stupid. After a while, no one spammed anymore.
Soon, the situation returned to what it was during their first live stream: Liang Zhirou focused on drawing while Chen Lu chatted beside her.
Liang Zhirou opened and closed her mouth several times, but still couldn't utter a word. She could only sigh silently and turn her attention back to the drawing.
She's still as useless as ever.
Almost at the same time, Chen Lu gently poked her shoulder, holding up a photo of the two of them riding the carousel at the amusement park, and whispered to her, "What was that carousel about again?"
Liang Zhirou tilted her head in confusion and said softly, "A rocking horse."
"A rocking horse?"
"No, there isn't a rocking horse." The girl corrected him earnestly, as if teaching a child.
Liang Zhirou muttered to herself how stupid Chen Lu was, yet he kept calling her silly.
She's definitely smarter...
She paused mid-sentence, then suddenly heard Chen Lu give her a "mua" sound. Forgetting to look at the smug smile on Chen Lu's face, she quickly turned her head to look at the screen.
The comments section was indeed in an uproar.
[Am I also part of your play? Feeling wronged.jpg]
[Please show some respect to us, thank you.]
[Who the hell keeps saying China's birth rate is low? Come out and show yourself!]
Seeing Liang Zhirou staring at him with puffed-out cheeks, Chen Lu was so frightened that he took two steps back, chair and all, and swallowed hard, trembling all over.
"Um, could you wait a moment while I mute the live stream?"
