Before Chen Lu could even feel nervous, seeing the girl's expression and feeling the soft little hand trembling slightly in his palm, he was both amused and exasperated.
"Why are you even more nervous than when we first met? Anyone who didn't know better would think I was harassing an innocent girl."
Liang Zhirou pursed her lips. Now she knew exactly what it felt like to have her heart pounding like a deer. Her heart was pounding so hard it felt like it was about to jump out of her chest.
Although she usually sees couples holding hands as if it's just a game, she's really not mentally prepared yet.
"You're just bullying me..." she said, sounding aggrieved.
"Shh," Chen Lu said jokingly, looking at her, "Don't say anything out of line, or I'll get even more excited."
The girl was startled and dared not speak again, fearing that this man might do something even more outrageous in broad daylight.
Before they were even together, this guy dared to openly admit to taking advantage of her. Now, what wouldn't he dare to do?
Seeing this reaction, Chen Lu couldn't help but raise the corners of his mouth and poked her head with his other hand, "It's so fun to bully idiots."
Liang Zhirou puffed out her cheeks at him defiantly, but he immediately pressed them down.
Chen Lu couldn't hide his smile; even his protests were adorable.
After a short while, perhaps because it was rush hour, more and more people came and went around them. Many people would glance at the two of them as they passed by, since it was rare to see such a good-looking couple.
People are always pursuing beautiful things, and it's nice to see such a romantic scene and enjoy it.
Chen Lu acted as if nothing had happened, holding the girl's hand and walking openly. Although Liang Zhirou had her head down and long bangs, her temperament and figure were undeniable when she wore a dress.
Liang Zhirou was still as shy as ever. Without realizing it, she gripped Chen Lu's hand even tighter, her arm pressed against his, and she leaned against him as if she wanted to hide inside him.
"Are you nervous?" Chen Lu whispered in her ear. He had been watching Liang Zhirou's emotional state closely and could tell that she wasn't feeling well.
The girl nodded almost imperceptibly.
"Should we let go of each other's hands first?" he asked again, while loosening his grip on her hand a little.
Liang Zhirou pondered for a moment, then mustered her courage and squeezed back firmly. "No, no need. So many people have already seen it..."
Torn between her desire for close contact with Chen Lu and her shyness, she chose to suppress her discomfort and experience a happiness she had never felt before.
Chen Lu's hands weren't delicate, but they felt very comfortable to hold and gave people a sense of security.
Where their skin touched, it felt as if flowers were blooming, and streams of warmth flowed continuously from their palms into her heart.
Liang Zhirou glanced furtively at the point where their bodies were joined, then quickly looked away.
"They all envy me for having such a lovely girlfriend," Chen Lu said proudly. "Well, what can I say? After all, my girlfriend is the most beautiful woman in the world."
"Don't talk nonsense..."
Hearing this, the girl pressed herself even closer, gently scolding him.
She didn't know what was wrong with her. When Chen Lu praised her indiscriminately, she would refute him, but she was secretly overjoyed.
Chen Lu smiled and led her to follow Jiang Chao at a distance.
I can just wander around this place; I won't be staying here for long anyway. Nothing is more important than this silly guy.

Chen Lu nodded to himself, then suddenly noticed the girl's slender waist, striking neck and collarbone, and the rise and fall of her chest.
The phrase "This is my girlfriend" suddenly took on a different meaning.
At that moment, two different voices appeared in his mind.
One type is more rational, loudly rebuking: "Chen Lu! You're so filthy! You actually lust after her body, you're despicable!"
Another type is completely blinded by instinct: "This is my girlfriend! I'm not lusting after anyone else. What's wrong with lusting after my own girlfriend? Is it illegal? I'm telling the truth, I'm being honest!!"

"Fine," Chen Lu replied irritably. "I bet you a hundred bucks that if I don't call you, you'll never bother coming over. You'll definitely be crying and begging me to finish drawing it in the dorm and send it to me later."
"Impossible!" Lin Miaomiao waved her little hand. "Absolutely impossible!"
Chen Lu chuckled, "Are you like Cao Cao?"
Lin Miaomiao was so excited that she forgot to retort for a moment, "Hey, if you're going on a date, don't do it here. Come on, let's get down to business. Come and take a look."
"Why are you more excited than I am, the boss?"
Chen Lu was speechless. Despite saying that, he still obediently followed behind with Liang Zhirou.
"It's a bit too early to think about her taking on the role of lead artist."
Watching Lin Miaomiao's retreating figure, Chen Lu muttered to himself.
