Chapter 26 Lies and Lanster Rhodonite

When the light faded, a variety of light shows appeared before them.

Some are small lanterns emitting bright red light, some are moon lanterns emitting soft white light, and there are also strings of pomegranate ice crystals. The light they emit is intertwined together to form a beautiful and magical picture.

However, only Alanbeta and the patriarch were left at the scene and had not taken any action.

The patriarch looked at the scene before him and smiled slightly. He stretched out his right hand, palm up, and silently chanted a spell.

Suddenly, a powerful energy wave emerged from his palm, and a huge crystal ball slowly emerged, crystal clear and sparkling with strange light.

"Elder, if you have a clear conscience, please participate in the ceremony. The only people involved in this experiment are those present here. After all, none of us want you to be suspected, right?"

Nanger smiled and said to Alanbetta.

"Sometimes I really don't understand why you can't bear to kill the demons in the forest after what they did to us. Sigh, I wanted to wait until this is all over before telling you."

Arambetta spoke slowly, and finally began to move. She whispered the spell softly, and danced lightly with her hands.

A bright light flowed out from between her fingers and gradually gathered into a shining pearl.

The pearl emits a brilliant light, like the brightest star in the night sky.

With the addition of Alanbetta and patriarch Sig, the whole scene became more spectacular.

Each lamp, pearl and crystal ball seems to have unique abilities and meanings; they complement each other and together constitute this mysterious and wonderful ritual.

Finally, everyone focused their attention on Sig, who nodded slightly, then closed his eyes and began to chant a complicated spell.

As his voice rang out, the entire space began to tremble, and an invisible pressure filled the air.

When Sig opened his eyes again, a square transparent box appeared in front of him.

Two small balls of light were lit inside the box, like two tiny suns, emitting a scorching breath.

At the same time, a series of slight threads began to extend from the objects around each person, like the most delicate and slender spider silk, gradually connecting with the box in Sig's hand.

These thin lines flicker with faint light, as if transmitting some kind of information or energy.

They connect all objects closely together, forming a huge and complex network.

Everyone feels connected to each other, as if they have become one.

There was a flash of light, and Nangel slowly left the room.

As soon as he went out, he ran into four little explorers who were rushing over.

Seeing the four of them, Nangle walked up quickly, grabbed Blore's shoulder and asked what was going on.

"Everyone is doing well and is in a deep sleep."

Blore said to him seriously.

"But speaking of which, why did all the flags hanging there turn into Lanster red-veined crystals emitting a brilliant yellow light when we ran over there?"

Ma Tuan asked, scratching his head.

"Nothing special. This crystal is the village stone of our alchemy village. It's what we produce and sell the most. It even has a very special name!"

Knowing that his people had begun to recover, Nanger relaxed and spoke to everyone with a smile.

"I know it's a fake stone. It's a famous one, Blore."

Nansong took over the conversation and began to explain it to Blore.

"Oh? So they're called real and fake stones!"

Ma Tuan's eyes lit up.

"Yes, it also has another nickname called the Stone of Lies.

Because under certain conditions, it can emit two different colors, one is bright yellow and the other is light blue. These two colors represent truth and lies respectively."

Nansong explained.

“But this is the first time I’ve seen so many.”

Ma Tuan was amazed.

"Yeah, if you produce it here, then why is it so expensive outside? And there's so little of it."

Ma Tuan asked again.

"It's a pillar industry, but no one knows how much Lanster red-veined crystal is left in the forest. Furthermore, mining is extremely difficult, and smelting is very polluting, so we can only limit production and raise prices."

Nanger shrugged helplessly, saying that he didn't know how to solve the current problem.

"Then do you know how to close the container now?" Bai Di suddenly asked after a moment of silence.

Nangel replied

"We should know soon. The elders in the lab are testing the colorful flags that have become lie detector stones."

There was a hint of helplessness and confusion in his tone.

Blore seemed to want to ask something, but he hesitated for a long time before finally asking

"Uncle Nangel, I actually don't think there are any demons in the forest. You went in with us, what do you think?"

Nanger waved his hand indifferently.

"Let's see what happens. None of us can decide on this matter."

His expression and movements showed that he did not have a clear answer to this question, but he did not seem willing to jump to conclusions.

The rain has been falling for so long and there is still no sign of stopping. Thunder can be heard from time to time.

Bai Di suddenly saw a black shadow flash by, which was very similar to the one he saw in the forest. Just as he was about to chase it, he was grabbed by Blore.

Nanger was doing something with his back to them, and Nansong was talking to Ma Tuan, so they didn't notice the black shadow.

Blore shook his head to indicate that he had seen it too.

He leaned close to Bai Di and whispered, "No need to go. It might be the same insect that put us unconscious at the entrance of the village in the forest."

Bai Di looked at Blore with a puzzled look and asked, "Why?"

Blore explained, "I heard Sister Mu Yunchu say before that there's a kind of bug that helps lost or injured people find safety. Perhaps this bug is one of them. It might be here to make sure we've arrived safely in the village."

Bai Di was still a little unconvinced and asked, "Then why is it hiding from us?"

Blore thought for a moment and replied, "Maybe Sister Mu Yunchu is worried about us, so she sent these bugs to secretly protect us.

If we discover its existence, it will make us feel uneasy or curious, which will affect the completion of our task.

Or is she simply worried about us?"

Bai Di nodded in understanding. He felt that what Blore said made sense. If there was any real danger, these bugs would have come out to attack them long ago.

Bai Di said with emotion: "This world is really magical!"

Blore smiled. This was one of the few times Bai Di showed his emotions under normal circumstances.

Then Blore stretched again.

"Yes, there are still many things we don't know waiting for us to explore. We will all become the most powerful explorers."
