Chapter 45: Stone Stele Forest and Swamp

Blore and his companion stood there at a loss, not knowing which direction to go. Finally, they decided to go in a random direction. However, as time went on, Blore's vision became increasingly blurry, as if everything in front of him was torn into countless squares.

"Don't go!" Seeing Blore acting so abnormally, Bai Di hurriedly reached out and grabbed the chain on Blore's body and pulled him back with force.

"What on earth is that?" Blore felt his consciousness gradually blurring out and his head becoming very dizzy.

Bai Di was also confused and didn't understand why Blore suddenly became like this. She quickly snatched the stone from Blore's backpack.

The moment he grasped the stone, a strange power surged into his heart. He felt as if he had clairvoyance and could see the surrounding environment clearly.

But when he touched it, he didn't feel any heat at all, only a chill, which was completely different from what Blore said.

However, what happened next shocked Bai Di. The surrounding environment began to rise and distort like mist, and all the scenes became blurred and it was impossible to distinguish between reality and illusion.

Bai Di stared at the scene in disbelief with his eyes wide open. Blore's body fell down behind him instantly, as if hit by an invisible force.

Bai Di's heart was inexplicably filled with a strong anger and grief. His eyes turned red, as if they were about to burst into flames. His body trembled involuntarily, as if he was enduring great pain.

At that moment, Bai Di suddenly felt a powerful force surge from his body. He looked up and saw a giant dragon soaring into the sky. The dragon's body shone with a golden light, as if crafted from pure gold. Its wings spread out, blocking out the sky and the sun, as if shrouding the entire world in its shadow.

Bai Di's heart was instantly filled with awe and wonder. He had never seen such a powerful creature before. He felt his body become lighter, as if he had merged with the dragon. A strong sense of mission surged in his heart.

The giant dragon circled in the air for a while, then flew off into the distance. Bai Di followed it closely with his eyes until it disappeared at the end of the sky.

After the giant dragon disappeared, the golden stone returned to its original shape, and Bai Di fell down in an instant.

"Oh my god, this place is so weird, how come both of them got knocked down?"

Ma Tuan, who had been observing outside, was stunned.

"If you can't speak, don't speak!"

Nansong slapped him on the head, knocking him to the ground.

"What should I do? What should I do?" Nan Song began to run around the space anxiously.

"Why not give it a try and see if I can get in? If not, why bring us here?" This thought suddenly popped up in her mind, and finally, as if possessed, she walked to the front of the curtain.

"What are you doing?" Ma Tuan felt something was wrong and grabbed her.

But the next second, the stones in their hands burst out with strong golden light, and the painting curtain immediately became like a huge black vortex, sucking both of them in.

After feeling dizzy, the two people appeared in an open space. There was still a forest around them, which was no different from what they saw in the painting, but there was a large area of strange things in front of them.

In the center of the clearing stood a breathtaking circle of stone barriers. Rising several stories high, they stood majestically like ancient guardians. Their surfaces were covered in dragon-scale patterns, resembling the scales of a giant dragon, shimmering with a mysterious light. Each scale was meticulously detailed and lifelike, a scene that evoked a sense of the wonders of nature.

Even more eerie, however, are the tentacle-like vines carved into the stone barrier. These twisted and entwined tentacles appear to be struggling to break free from the barrier. Their bizarre shapes evoke images of mysterious creatures or malevolent forces. The presence of the tentacle-like vines adds a mysterious and eerie atmosphere to the scene, leaving one shuddering.

The stone barriers form a circle, creating a mysterious zone. Standing within it, one feels as if transported to a secluded world. Sunlight filters through the leaves, casting dappled shadows on the barrier and adding to the mystical atmosphere. The surrounding forest is silent, with only the gentle breeze rustling the leaves, as if telling an ancient story.

Standing tall in a forest clearing, this stone barrier creates a unique landscape, attracting countless brave explorers seeking to uncover its mysteries. However, the dragon scale patterns and tentacle vines on the barrier are daunting, as if warning people not to approach easily.

Ma Tuan got up and said, "Didn't I say, let me know next time? I can't possibly disobey your orders."

Nansong didn't want to pay attention to him and turned around to look for Blore.

Nanger and Bei Teng walked cautiously in the tentacle forest, surrounded by a strange and depressing atmosphere.

From time to time, they would see large swamps emitting green smoke and bubbling water. Some of these swamps were pitch black, while others were a strange green. In short, they made people feel uncomfortable.

The whole environment seemed like a witch's dwelling, full of mystery and danger. Nangel thought to himself that if a shabby little house suddenly appeared in the next moment, he would not be surprised at all.

Everything here seems so absurd and bizarre, as if it is out of the scope of the real world.

Nanger felt that the air here was poisonous. Perhaps it was because Bei Teng was now a spiritual body, so he crossed his arms and looked very relaxed and comfortable, without any discomfort.
